staff who were helpful and friendly but not in your face

marvelous view and location , great for honey mooner , the breakfast is amazing , the staff are pleasant and helpful , not mentioning the great big rooms and the TV and the great balcony on the lake .

I enjoyed the comfort of the room and the luxury of the bathroom. It was convenient to the town, but far enough away from the noise of town. Very picturesque. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Instructions for the remote control for TV could be a little more extensive.

The personal service and professionalism was great

The swimming pool was closed. Had we known this in advance we would not have stayed at this hotel. However, they did have an alternative facility we could use so in the end is was "ok"

The cleanliness of the hotel

I think we should have been told about the parking fee.Bearing in mind we paid 600 swiss francs in low season, we feel the charge of 60 francs was a little excessive.

All. The staff were very kindness and helpfull. Also the restauration were very good.

Service was good, staff was very attentive in dealing with problems we had regarding internet access in the room. Breakfast was very good, and offered wide variety. Very good location to shopping and the water.

Bed was a little bit hard, and room had slight musty odor. Booking.com states wireless connection to internet in all hotel rooms, but was not available in our room. In addition, we had to change rooms due to non- functioning wired/plugged internet port in hotel room.

Satff were very friendley and helpful. Have a medical physician on hand as I needed one.

The breakfast was good, the rooms are tidy, antique furniture, location are very good oppesite the lake and all shops, close to the shops, restaurants and coffe shops 10 min walking.

I found your staff to be excellent.

I was unconfortable with the lay out of the breakfast room, I feel this could be better organised, it was not conducive to a relaxing breakfast having the buffet spread out across the room. We had a table which was continously passed by people collecting food and exiting the breakfast area. This could be easily changed.

het is een luxe hotel met 'oude charme'. ruime kamers met luxe badkamers. het hotel ligt prachtig aan het meer van lugano. goede bereikbaarheid en op loopafstand van de stad.
