スケールが小さめだが、クオリティは高い。廊下から2重の扉で遮音された寝室は静かで、歴史を感じさせる調度品に囲まれて中世貴族の気分。レストランもかなり上質で、料理だけでも来る価値があると思う。ホールスタッフが不足しているように見えたが、そのせいでミシュランではあの程度の評価なのかもしれないが、日本人の口にはかなり合う。 シャワー用のスペースはこのクラスでは狭く、水量も少ない。 |

The breakfast was good, the rooms are tidy, antique furniture, location are very good oppesite the lake and all shops, close to the shops, restaurants and coffe shops 10 min walking. |

I found your staff to be excellent. I was unconfortable with the lay out of the breakfast room, I feel this could be better organised, it was not conducive to a relaxing breakfast having the buffet spread out across the room. We had a table which was continously passed by people collecting food and exiting the breakfast area. This could be easily changed. |

Lage des Hotels Ein altes Hotel, das unangenehm riecht. Preise im Restaurant sind exorbitant, das Preis/Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hoch. In der Pool-Zone ist es schwierig, einen Drink zu bestellen. Da die Restaurant-Terasse teilweise auch Pool-Zone ist, liegen überall Glassplitter von zerbrochenen Gläsern, an denen man sich verletzen kann. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch nicht 5-Sterne-würdig. Ein Reinfall! |

Gute Lage, guter Service Vergangene 5 Sterne Pracht, die nicht mehr auf dem neusten Stand ist, Zimmer mit "Garten View" zeigten in den Hinterhof und waren 5 Sternen wirklich nicht angemessen, der Wagen wurde ohne zu fragen in der Tiefgarage geparkt, was mit 30 CHF pro Nacht extra berechnet wurde, das Schwimmbad ohne Umkleidekabine entsprach nicht dem hohen Sterneniveau des Hauses. |
