Todos os funcionários do Hotel foram extremamente amáveis e gentis principalmente com nossas crianças e bebê. O sorriso cativante das pessoas nos deixou a sensação de que apenas um fim de semana foi pouco. Vamos voltar! |

Excellent location on the lakeside. Short lakeside walk to shops, cafes etc. Large room, very good bathroom, very comfortable bed. Fabulous breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff with several with good command of english. We were upgraded to lakeside view which was very nice. |

The roooms were perfectly designed for the comfort of the guests, the balconies make the whole stay a magical and pleasant experience, the staff are one of the best,the weather in lugano is a blast and finally I would suggest to anybody who seeks a peace of mind to travel to lugano and visit spelendide royal. I loved everything about this hotel, the rooms were perfect, the breakfast and its staff were amaizing. |

Very good location, out of centre of town but within walking distance. (ca. 15 to 20 minutes). Very good closed parking behind the hotel. Rooms very big and comfortable. Big bathrooms!! |

marvelous view and location , great for honey mooner , the breakfast is amazing , the staff are pleasant and helpful , not mentioning the great big rooms and the TV and the great balcony on the lake . |

Location out of the central of town but close enough where you could be there in 15 min walk. Also, the staff were very friendly and helpful. When they say "breakfast is included" it's only at the breakfast room. If you get it brought to your room you get charged the full amount. Needless to say we were taken back by getting a 120 breakfast bill for 3 days. Also, the restaurants they recommended for dinner were not good. I don't mind paying for good food but for mediocre food and 100 per person with wine just doesn't work. |

I enjoyed the comfort of the room and the luxury of the bathroom. It was convenient to the town, but far enough away from the noise of town. Very picturesque. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Instructions for the remote control for TV could be a little more extensive. |

It's my third stay at this hotel and I really enjoyed it.The food is excellent and the staff is very friendly and acomodating.The rooms are beautifully fernished and the lake view is breathtaking.Altogether a very pleasant experience. |

The personal service and professionalism was great The swimming pool was closed. Had we known this in advance we would not have stayed at this hotel. However, they did have an alternative facility we could use so in the end is was "ok" |

The cleanliness of the hotel I think we should have been told about the parking fee.Bearing in mind we paid 600 swiss francs in low season, we feel the charge of 60 francs was a little excessive. |
