Service was good, staff was very attentive in dealing with problems we had regarding internet access in the room. Breakfast was very good, and offered wide variety. Very good location to shopping and the water. Bed was a little bit hard, and room had slight musty odor. Booking.com states wireless connection to internet in all hotel rooms, but was not available in our room. In addition, we had to change rooms due to non- functioning wired/plugged internet port in hotel room. |

The breakfast was good, the rooms are tidy, antique furniture, location are very good oppesite the lake and all shops, close to the shops, restaurants and coffe shops 10 min walking. |

I found your staff to be excellent. I was unconfortable with the lay out of the breakfast room, I feel this could be better organised, it was not conducive to a relaxing breakfast having the buffet spread out across the room. We had a table which was continously passed by people collecting food and exiting the breakfast area. This could be easily changed. |

The conceirge was excellent and informative about things to do and to see that are not in the guide books The breakfast for a 5 star hotel was a little flat. We were charged for our hire car being put away; the driveway to the hotel is narrow, nearly always congested, and is on a very steep bank. We agreed to it being put away to save the staff (or us) the hassel of parking in so difficult a place; we didn't need the car for a days or so and accepted the suggestion made by them - it should have been made plain to us at that time there was a charge of 30 CHFa day. The receptionist at check out was dismissive and didn't take this suggestion on board. |

Nicht gefallen hat mir U.A., dass es in den Betten keine Duvets gab (nur Leintücher), was überhaupot nicht dem standard eines solchen Hotels entspricht und zu einer kühlen Nacht und meinem fluchtartigen Verlassen dieses Hauses führte. Ich wurde erst nach nachfragen darauf hin gewiesen, dass ich einen"Upgrade" ins haupthaus erhalten habe. Entsprach aber überhaupt nicht meinem Wunsch. Gast sollte sofort pro aktiv auf Aenderungen gegenüber der ursprünglichen Buchung hingewiesen werden. |

Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der ganzen Belegschaft. In diesem Hotel ist der Kunde König. Das einzige, was nicht so gefallen hat, dass man für die Benutzung des Schwimmbades beim Haupteingang, wo Gäste eintreffen, vorbeigehen musste (mit Morgenmantel und Pantoffeln nicht ein sehr schöner Anblick). Umziehkabinen fehlen im Hallenbad! |
