Clean, comfortable. Information desk staff were helpful. Our en-suite room was excellent and modern. All the the facilities except the restaurant at meal times were closed. We were told in advance that the swimming pool was closed but not that everything else was closed. I'm sure that 'in season' everything would be open. There was no where to get a cup of coffee outside meal times and no facilities to make your own. As it was out of season all the restaurants in Fiesch were also closed.

Friendly staff, specially in the restaurant, free wifi, cleanliness of the room (it looked like it never have been used before). Also the room key which is like a hand-wrist watch. It's a Youth Hostel so huge groups of youngsters through all the place. You have to make your own bed with the linen which is provided. The bathroom towel are not included in the price but you can rent them if needed. Poor breakfast.

It's all very clean As this place is particularly used by young groups it's not a very nice place to stay as an individual. The night we slept here in a nice, clean room, there was a big group partying in the building nextdoor (inside and outside). The party lasted till at least 03.30. Not a good start for our trekking on the Aletsch glacier. There was no night surveillance to end the party. We are very disappointed and will definitely not recommend this hotel to anybody travelling as an individual, as it can easily happen again. .

It's just fair. Suitable for young parents travelling with the kids. Actually it's a youth hostel which charges chf6.00 Each person if you haven't a membership. But it was not mentioned on booking.com when we booked.

Clean, functional, good swimming pool for children, cheap. Very basic service. It's a hostel really. So you make your own bed and remove the sheets afterwards.

We had the whole place to ourselves. Room was tidy and staff we friendly. Breakfast was better than expected. A little bit away from the town. Don't be worried if you see army people around - they are friendly and do their own thing but were a surprise when we arrived.

Das der Schlüssel wegen Spätanreise deponiert war. Das ist eine Mogelpackung. Man erwartet ein Sport Ferien Resort und landet in einer Jugendherberge. Das sollte von Anfang an so deklariert werden.

La taille de la chambre la propreté de tout La taille du refectoire d'ou je suis parti tellement c'était bruyant pour mon pdj ailleurs. Le fait que rien ne précisait qu'il s'agissait d'une auberge de jeunesse, et que tout en bas de la réservation soit écrit en tout petit qu'il n'y avait pas de serviettes, qu'il fallait faire son lit et le défaire au matin. Pour ce genre d'hébergement je ne dépense pas plus de 20€

goede, correcte service bij aanmelden; kamers volledig in orde let op: als je lid bent van de jeugdherbergen, neem je kaart dan mee, anders betaal je een toeslag of moet je ter plaatse een nieuwe lidkaart kopen

Se puede ir andando al funicular para ir al glaciar. Se puede aparcar en la instalación. El complejo posee una infraestructura increíble para practicar diferentes deportes, pero nosotros solo teníamos acceso a la piscina. Coincidimos con diferentes grupos de chavales de campamentos o similares. La habitación doble tiene lo básico, es muy grande y cómoda. Para ser albergue HI está muy bien. El acceso wifi va genial. El desayuno es muy básico, poco variado, aunque puedes repetir todo lo que quieras de lo que hay. Si no tienes carnet de alberguista te incrementan el precio. Te ponen la ropa de cama pero no toallas. No hay TV ni nevera en la habitación. Me parece un poco caro para ser albergue, pero siendo Suiza...

Se trata de un complejo como una residencia de estudiantes, que sale bastante económico. Las habitaciones son muy muy amplias, limpias y muy confortables. La piscina cubierta esta fenomenal después de caminar por los Alpes. Está a 10 minutos andando del pueblo. Si quieres visitar el Glaciar de Allestch es un sitio estratégicamente situado, ya que el teleférico se coge a 15 minutos del resort. El desayuno, incluido en el precio, es muy amplio y bueno.

Wir haben uns auf unserem Ausflug verspätet und konnten nicht mehr rechtzeitig in Fiesch sein. Ein Anruf vor 20'Uhr genügte und die Mitarbeiterin hinterlegte den Schlüssel für uns mit allen nötigen Infos. Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und einfach schön! Läd zum verweilen ein.

Hostel polozony w gorskim miasteczku, cichy, ptaki "cwierkajace" za oknem blisko do centrum miasteczka Fiesch. Polecam ten Hostel (nie hotel) ale z ograniczeniami opisanymi w sekcji "nie podobalo". Hotel to wlasciwie Hostel, co nie jest jasno zaznaczone w ofercie hotelu. Wielu informacji nie ma w opisie oferty: w pokojach hotelowych brak jest recznikow, mydla itp.; Sniadania sa skromne I powtarzalne oraz nie zawieraja warzyw; cena w ofercie nie odpowiada rzeczywistej - w praktyce jest troche wyzsza bo doliczany jest podatek srodowiskowy; wiekszosc atrakcji dostepnia jest tylko w sezonie zimowym albo letnim [wiosna I jesien juz nie]. Po angielsku praktycznie porozumiemy sie tylko w recepcji, a w restauracji juz nie. Istnieje mozliwosc zamowienia sniadania by je wziac ze soba ale nie udalo sie go skutecznie odebrac. Wiekszosc z tych rzeczy nie stanowilaby klopotu gdyby byla opisana w ofercie.

Die Zimmer sind perfekt renoviert worden und geschmacklich und funktionell einfach top; für eine Jugendherberge wirklich spitze. Anlage: toll - mit Schwimmbad, Sauna, Hochseilgarten, Minigolf usw. Direkt vor Ort kann man auch losgehen auf die Berge. Gutes Infomaterial und persönliche Infos durch die Mitarbeiter. - Steckdosen nicht für alle E-Geräte geeignet - ein Aufenthalt in einer Jugendherberge heißt auch, dass viele Kinder und Jugendliche unterwegs sind und lärmen
