Great staff and management very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Clean and neat rooms. Breakfast was good and they made that extra effort for Valentines Day, giving all the women a rose, nice touch!! Sorry, can't think of a thing!!

The staff were very friendly and helpful, they gave us a larger, corner room and our dog was welcome. Breakfast buffet is excellent with a good variety and fresh bread. The "halbpension" dinner menu is a good value, but not gourmet dining. The other restaurant is very good. Pontresina is a lovely mountain/tourist town with many outdoor activities nearby. The beds are too soft and a bit on the cheap side for this hotel.

I spent two nights at Sporthotel Pontresina and I can say - it was wonderful!!! I was really delighted with everything - perfect location, nice and friendly personal, their hospitality, comfortable rooms, very good breakfast, fantastic view over to the mountains, free pickup and delivery to the train station. These are the reasons why I advise this hotel to everybody who wants to spend unforgettable holidays in Switzerland. And the price is quite affordable. Unfortunatly I had no time for wellness, so I can not express my opinion about it.

Architettura, arredo moderno e grandi spazi... Eccellente cucina e comodo posteggio con posizione centrale rispetto al paese. Vicinissimo alla seggiovia. Lingua parlata: solo inglese e tedesco (manca una terza lingua nazionale P.es. Il francese o l'italiano).

Abbiamo trascorso solo una notte allo SportHotel ma ne abbiamo comunque apprezzato la posizione centrale, ottimi servizi ed elevato rapporto qualità/prezzo, in generale un'ottima struttura con una staff preparato e cortese.

è un albergo molto ben gestito. Il personale molto cordiale, corretto e rapido nel lavoro. Sebbene l'anno scorso abbia avuto un diverbio col direttore a proposito d'un tavolino in vetro da me rotto, perché non ha sopportato il peso d'una valigetta (!), l'episodio è tuttavia rientrato col pagamento tramite la mia assicurazione. Consiglio solo di sostituire questi tavolini sin troppo fragili ! Quest'anno invece mi fu assegnata una camera decisamente migliore con l'arredamento più solido. In ogni caso, ci tornerò ben volentieri!

de vriendelijke en spontane voor alles wat je wil vragen en krijgen. snel u helpen en ook de afhaling aan het station te halen en ook bij het vertrek je brengen aan het station. ik was heel blij in dit hotel te verbleven ook kregen wij een gastekarte voor 8 dagen en men kan gratis met de bussen overal in de regio rondreizen. dus echt goed. voor ons was de bar heel modern en heel donker en wij hebben dan avonds op de eerste étage een groot ruimte was (heel groot) kunnen wij toch met de kaarten spelen.

Für mich ist das Sport-Hotel perfekt. Mir gefällt die Einrichtung, der Service - einfach Alles. Wir waren nun schon mehrere Male da und sind immer super zufrieden!
