The Seminar- und Wellnesshotel is located in a quiet car free resort, 4265 ft above sea level, above Brunnen on the Lake of Lucern.

The new spa area (11840 ft²) is situated within a wonderful mountain landscape and offers an indoor pool, an indoor and outdoor whirlpool, as well as 4 different saunas and a quiet room with a splendid view. The ski pistes start right in front of the hotel and there are many hiking and mountain biking paths nearby.

The comfortable rooms offer a fabulous view of the beautiful mountains. There are also conference rooms for up to 120 people. The hotel also offers child care facilities during the winter.

Hotel information

The 4 star hotel features two restaurants: Stoosbeiz offering Swiss specialties and the Panorama restaurant offering international dishes. In the evening you can have an aperitif at the open fire place of the Harlekin Bar.

The new spa area (11840 ft²) includes a pool, an indoor and outdoor whirlpool, a Kneipp basin, adventure showers, sauna, diving pool, relaxation room and a quiet room with a splendid view. You can look forward to unique treatments including special treatments for couples.

The hotel also offers a game room with different activities including pool, ping-pong, dart and flipper. There are also a number of sports activities on site including the tennis court, volleyball and boccia. In the winter the hotel has its own open air curling area.

Food & beverage

The hotel restaurant offers delicious regional specialties (e.g. a cheese and meet fondue) as well as Vegetarian dishes.
It features a wonderful terrace with view of the Vierwaldstätter lake and the Alps. In the Harlekin bar there are excellent digestives and cigarettes.

Area information

Relax and rejuvenate in beautiful surroundings in the heart of Switzerland on the car free sun terrace of Stoos. This picturesque village is a real paradise for sports and leisure enthusiasts. This is the ideal place for holidays without stress and without cars.

There are numerous hiking and cycling tours nearby. In the winter you will find 22 miles of excellent ski slopes and 12 miles of cross-country ski slopes next to the hotel.

In the summer guests can visit the outdoor swimming area located in the wonderful mountain landscape. One of the most beautiful hiking paths of Switzerland is the Fronalpstock that offers a splendid view of 11 lakes and many mountain crests.

The village is car-free. Free parking spaces are available near the cable cars at Morschach and Schlattli. The hotel cannot be reached by car, but only by aerial cable car (7-minute ride).

The hotel has its own great spa and you can see in the jacuzzi and admire the mountains. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast with plenty of choice. We went to the hotel restaurant for dinner and the service was extremely slow. We waited 10min just to get the menu and it was difficult to catch waiter's attention.
