So quiet. It's in the university so no one was in the streets at the weekend. Nice breakfast. Nice dvd selection in many languages. Cafe is open for a long time, and they have a free laptop to use down there. Very easy to get to with public transport. I speak German, but my boyfriend doesn't an he found it easy to talk with the staff. I would not recommend this hotel for a honeymoon as the bed is German style. No wifi!!! :(

The positioning of the hotel is very good, close to all transportation means. The personnel is very helpful and nice. The room is clean, the breakfast is very good.Excellent wi-fi connection. It is also silent. The shower cabin inthe room may represent a disadvantage if you share the room with someone else.

Die optimale Kombination zwischen nicht ganz im Zentrum liegend, aber gut erreichbar, auch mit dem Auto (inkl. Parkierungsmöglichkeiten), ruhig gelegen und absolut stimmig bezüglich Preis-Leistung. Sehr freundlicher Chef und ebensolches Personal. Man fühlt sich sehr wohl, wenn man hier auf einer Geschäftsreise übernachtet.

Zimmer sehr einfach,sauber Der Zimmerpreis differierte um 1,00 € , höher als mit Booking abgesprochen. Baustelle gegenüber,ab 7Uhr sehr laut.

Das Hotel besticht durch ein außergewöhnlich reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet mit viel (täglich!) frischem Obst, wie z.B. Melone, Annanas etc. und auch frische Himbeeren, Heidelbeeren, Brombeeren. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich und schafft eine sehr familiäre Atmosphäre. Es liegt etwas weit außerhalb des Stadtzentrums, hat aber eine sehr gute Busanbindung (15 min) bis spät in die Nacht.

Das Hotel Sporting wurde mir von einem Arbeitskollegen empfohlen. Die Erwartungen an dieses Hotel wurden übertroffen. Mein Zimmer war praktisch eingerichtet und hatte sehr bequeme Matratzen von Bico. Das Frühstück war einfach der Hammer. Kleiner Tipp falls schon alle Parkplatze um das Hotel besetzt sind. Gleich oberhalb des Hotels (ca. 60 Meter) gibt es auf der linken Seite eine Mirgros mit grossem Parkplatz, auf welchem man die ganze Nacht gratis parkieren kann. Werde in St.Gallen nur noch dieses Hotel aufsuchen. Dankeschön an das Hotelteam und Gruss Lukas Amrein :o)

Eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, estrema cordialità e disponibilità del personale, ampia scelta a colazione e eccellente qualità e freschezza degli alimenti. Perfetta pulizia e ottimi letti. Per la cena del lunedì il Ristorante dell'hotel era chiuso, ma ci ha consigliato un buonissimo e grazioso ristorante vicino.

Es gibt genügende Gratis-Parkplätze beim Hotel, und eine sehr gute Busverbindung ins Centrum. Sehr ruhige Lage und sehr gut isolierte Zimmer, auch gegen den Zimmernachbarn. Sehr saubere Zimmer, auch sonst sehr sauber und alle zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sehr grosszügiges, frisches und breit gefächertes Frühstücksbuffet. Gerne wieder! Von Aussen sieht es recht unscheinbar aus. Man vermutet dann nicht diesen sauberen Service. Für das, dass es nur ein 2Sterne-Hotel ist, gibt es sowieso gar nichts zu bemängeln.
