We really liked this hotel. The owner/ manager makes a big effort to welcome his guests and make sure everything is provided for. He allowed us to check in early, which was appreciated after our transatlantic flight. The room was spotless, and everything was modern and convenient. There was free internet, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic, the best we had in Switzerland. The bus to the city centre was a short walk from the hotel, and it was a short bus ride. It was not even that far to walk. We would definitely stay here again, and highly recommend it. |

The family owned hotel was good value for money. The rooms were very clean, the beds comfortable. Breakfast was good and many diferent fresh fruits were available. A little way out of the centre of St Gallen (circa 10 mins), but the bus/trolleybus links from the town centre are frequent and run late in the day. Just be aware that in some rooms the shower is a seperate cubicle and is within the room. Not a problem to us, but it is best to know (we did before we went). |

Excellent breakfast. You could even have a complimentary glass of champagne. All rooms recently refurbished. Bruggen St Gallen station close by. Restaurant was not open in the evening although there are plenty of restaurants in St Gallen which is only a 3 minutes train ride away. No staff to greet us upon arrival - key obtained by entering a code. This was ok but tourist info should have been accessible. |

Отличный отель. Жил в сьюте, 5 комнат, 2 ванны, телевизор, сейф и все что нужно. Вежливый персонал. Хозяин отеля душа человек. Расположен в 30-40 минутах ходьбы от ж\д вокзала, если идти лень сядьте на автобус №7, 10 минут и вы в городе, либо на электричке. Великолепный завтрак, горячее (омлет, жареные колбаски), всегда много фруктов, отличный кофе. Плюс отеля это свой ресторан, в любое время можно спуститься поужинать, выпить пива или чего покрепче. WI-FI по всему отелю, если нет лептопа есть стационарный комп с инетом. Во всем отеле не курят, это большой плюс для некурящих. Никаких проблем при расчета по кредиткам. Вообщем все понравилось. |

Die Freundlichkeit des Inhabers und des Personals. Auch das Frühstück war reichlich und sehr gut. Aufgrund seines Alters waren die räumlichen Gegebenheiten bezüglich Dusche, WC und Waschgelegenheit eher dürftig. |

Personalet var søde og imødekomne, du følte dig velkommen.Morgenmaden var bare noget af det bedste jeg har oplevet på snart mange hoteller gennem årene. Der var bare alt og et kæmpe udvalg. Der burde være en elevator, boede på 3. sal og havde tung bagage som skulle med op og ned hver dag under opholdet.Vask og bad burde være på et badeværelse og ikke i hotelrummet, det fungerede ikke for mig. |

Lå centralt, aktraktivt prisleje, venligt personale og hjælpsomme, fantastisk morgenbuffet. Manglede at der var mulighed for at spise aftensmad lørdag og søndag på hotellet, men blev dog henvist af ejer til et godt spisested tæt på hotellet. |
