Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke excellent English. We stayed in a superior double room which was very modern and tastefully decorated. We loved the bathroom. Lovely breakfast room - very lavish! No. Only comment is that the bathrobes were very stiff and I was expecting nice fluffy ones! |

The bathroom is amazing! ;) There's a huge window between the bathroom / bathtub and the livingroom, so... you can watch TV from the tub for example. Staff is very nice, breakfast is decent, location with public transportation is very good. For me the bed was too soft and the pillows too big and hard. |

Convienience and access to public transportation; convenience of the free breakfast buffet; convenience of several working elevators, so we didn't have to carry luggage up and down stairs: lovely room The room was very warm and we couldn't figure out how to turn on the air conditioner, or operate the exterior shutters to open the window; the comforters are very heavy and warm and we were not able to use them, perhaps including some light weight linens for those who are not used to the heavier European style bedding would be helpful. |

The room was spacious with much attention to detail. Make-up mirrors in both bathrooms, the electric hot water carafe was great, the shampoo, body wash and other amenities were top quality products. Great hair dryers! Roof garden view! Exquisite linens . . . even the sheets had subtle patterns of sun and stars and crescent moons over creme linen and the lamp shades had cut-out stars. All delightful! Comfy mattress for a great night's sleep. It felt more like a private home then a hotel! The breakfast was a 5 star experience in an elegant wood paneled room! Very helpful reception staff! Great location to train and bus. Lots to see in hotel such as the expressive unique art. Met the owners and enjoyed a delightful tour of the property. |

The hotel was excellent in all aspects of hospitality. We enjoyed staying at it during a honeymoon mouth.The staff were very kind, helpful, friendly, and smiling all the time :) Yes, it was the TV channels, as there was no Arabic channels except Al Arabia news channel. |

Everything -- friendly, helpful reception staff; up-to-date, but at the same time traditional appearance; intelligent design of room with lots of helpful, easy-to-use features. Also, excellent location across the street from the Central Station. |

i've stayed at this hotel several times and it always a pleasure to stay, all the staff very friendly and good mannered. the only issue is the tram noise sometimes, depends which room you are in. |

Friendly and helpful staff. Small but thoughtfully serviced room (many different teas, washing lotions, hairdryer,TV, etc...fabulous breakfast! Slightly noisy externally but that was to be expected right next to the very convenient Central Station! |
