Location, size of room (for a European hotel it was spacious), breakfast offerings, staff friendliness Wi-Fi service was not available in the rooms-only in the lobby. Also, internet service was NOT free, contrary to the information in the booking info.

Location was ideal for me. Opposite station and tram stops. One member of staff was friendly and he greeted me whenever I came and went. Apart from that I wasn't acknowledged by any other member of staff. If you are a light sleeper the noise from the trams and taxi drivers outside the front of the hotel may be off-putting.

Nice hotel, very close to main station and main tram hub. Nice clean rooms. No wifi in the rooms, had to use swisscom paid service, which is very expensive. On booking.com, there was an info that internet is free in entire hotel, not true. At the reception, I was informed that soon they will have free wifi, but not now.

I had a nice room. I paid a little extra and got a superior room. The hotel seems to have invested in high quality pillows but then they have put them in a rubber bag (hygiene?, saving money?) before putting the pillow case on top. It made the pillows feel like inflatable pillows. I removed the rubber bag and the pillows were wonderful after that. I am sure the rubber pillow case seemed like a good idea, but I would rather invest in new pillows more often and have happy customers...

The hotel is very welcoming and the staff is very nice. Rooms are clean and there's everything you may need in your room. Very good service. Depending on your neighboors, you may hear them quite well when they watch tv late or wake up early making noise ...

Everything - the staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble and when a request was made it was carried out immediately. The breakfast was excellent - a great choice was available. The cleanliness of the Rooms and Hotel was second to none. It was my Sister's first flight abroad after suffering a brain haemorrhage and the Hotel and Flight (Swiss) could not have left a more memorable impression for us - absolutely superb!! Booking.com made it all so easy - Thank you.

Location, staff, breakfast, etc, all very good. Space in "comfort room" we had a was a bit tight, especially in the bathroom and between the bed and the window, very tight and too much furniture in a small room.

Convenient location. Found the interior decoration a little confusing: no clear style, castle decoration mixed with random other objects... But then again, I'm not an art connesseur! No clear theme (I used to be Quality Director at Disneyland Paris).

Hotel staff When I was booking the room I saw "Wireless and wired internet access, a satellite flat-screen TV, air-conditioning and a water kettle are available in all rooms as well." in booking.com website. Not to mislead the guests it is necessary to mention that WiFi is not included in the room rate. It is extra. Eventually tv, air conditioning, water kettle is in the price. Putting wifi in one line with all these means it is also in the price.

The receptionists were very cordial, helpful, and multi-lingual. The room was relatively spacious and neat as a pin. The location was very convenient for catching the train the next day, on the next leg of our trip. Contents in the minibar were free! That's a new experience for us, but it was probably factored into their reservation rates.

We found the reception staff to be very helpful & courteous when asked for any assistance but the WiFi was difficult to access even when I asked for help so that was a problem but I was allowed to use the office computer to send a message home.Location was a big plus because the hotel was close to the main rail station.

We were given transportation passes which enabled us to ride the street cars and buses throughout our stay free of charge which was amazing as the street cars were right outside the hotel which made getting into the city a breeze!
