A very clean hotel with excellent staff. The double bed was basically two beds put together which were rather uncomfortable.

Nothing I did not like anything where I do not know why they gave him 5 stars and 4-star hotels it is much better First you are stopped parking the car yourself however, you're taking the amount of money compared to the site Rooms are available, they say, you wait hours and hours and 3 Breakfast is not much variety Employees say their word whenever the moment Bnsal Director I would not advise it never did I expect the hotel at this level

An excellent value for money compared to other 5 star hotels in Geneva. The location is very close to the international airport, and if you take bus # 5, you will make it to downtown in 15 minutes. I had a car but I found the bus ride much more convenient because I did not have to worry about traffic and parking. The hotel is excellent, and the rooms were very comfy. Would certainly stay again.

Excellent hotel! Not expensive for Geneva Standard....lots of facilities... Front desk stuff not perfectly trained! They wanted to charge us 2 times for 3 nights we had already paid!

Excellent dinner at L'Oviolo...their Italian restaurant...overpriced but good food with excellent service Way over priced but we need a place to stay by the airport. For the duvet on our king size bed they used a single bed duvet turned sideways, ridiculous but we were exhausted and had to get up at 4 am so did nothing about it.

I liked the fact that the hotel was very close to the airport as we had an early flight the following morning. The room was very confortable, stylish and extremely clean. The hotel staff was really nice and we could park our rented car inside the hotel premises (at a price).

Shattel bus to geneva airport conceirge and reception staff are new some of them and do not deal with guest in proper way for example english language problem and cutting the tel with out apology first

Nice staff and clean facilities. Everything at Starling is expensive. $100 for a breakfast for two after paying $250 for the night was a bit much for what was offered. Would have re-thought that plan had I known the cost up front.

Short stay.. Wanted near airport...liked having shuttle direct to hotel...very atractive hotel with excellent facilities nice outside area to sit and have a drink. Will stay there again.

Convenient for the airport and offices nearby. The hotel transfer service was prompt and a fair godsend, at the beginning and end of the day, that's if you were working by the wtc. Proximity of the airport was slightly annoying last thing at night, closeness of the runway causes a bit of a disturbance, but if you have the righ room can easily be ignored.

Proximity to airport; overall design and L'Oliva location. Not a comfortable bar. Service at L'Olivda very poor, insufficient number of staff, but quality of food, when eventually served, was very good.

Staff was friendly and helpful, there is a free shuttle bus between the hotel and the airport (however they forgot to mention that on the booking.com hotel description). They also give you a free ticket to public city transport for the duration of your stay. Breakfast buffet provides an excellent choice of options. A bit pricey.

I thought that the hotel was extremely modern and a good size. The location was alright and not far from bus transport. However, it is more convenient if you are at a conference close to the airport. It is not too convenient if you would like to explore downtown Geneva.

Swimming pool, comfort clean room, nice restaurant and staff in restaurant No breakfast for this price, slow reception desk, free internet just in public area and didn't work for two days, expencive room internet (1h=15chf), location far from centre of city, public transport every 15 min.

Room was spacious and very nice, the hotel in general is very posh, hotel is close to the airport and the Palexpo, free shuttle every 15 minutes to the airport, you can also take Bus No. 5 from the Airport up to Palexpo/Gd-Saconnex-Place and its a couple of minutes walk away then, free city travel card was given by the hotel, hotel has 2 restaurants. Rates were hiked up due to busy period in Geneva, extremely poor design of shower space in the bathroom as water poured out a lot, hotel restaurants were very expensive incl. breakfast (CHF 39), WiFi in room is charged and very expensive (free WiFi available in lobby downstairs), actual AC not available - only an air cooler (It cools the room 5° less than the outside temp. The day I arrived, outside temp was 34° C, so I boiling in my room at 29°), staff at check in did not respond courteously when I asked if my company was eligible to receive special corporate rates. If you walk to the hotel from the airport, direction signs to the hotel (near the Palexpo) are misleading and caused me to walk a bit more. Stay at this hotel if my comments above aren't relevant to you or you have no other choice.
