Curtenia, spatiul oferit, confortul, transportul la/de la aeroport, facilitatile spa.

Surprisingly good from design, service, dining, room amenity aspects. Highly recommend.

Elevator card key security access was a bit slow. Took several tries each time for me and for others. Also, it would be great to know if there are running trails around to get some exercise. Minor issues.

Spacious rooms. Convenience and comfort. Close to the airport and free shuttle service to and from it. I am highlyrecommend it .

The hotel is located less than a 3 minute drive to the airport and the free shuttle runs every 10 minutes.

Food & drinks as everywhere in Switzerland are expensive.

Other than the phone call we liked everything else about the room. We were only there one night. We chose your hotel because of it's close proximity to the airport.

We could distinctly hear a telephone conversation in the next door room, one voice was on speaker phone. The call ended a little past 10 pm, otherwise we would have called the desk.

Small whirpool. Saunas are separate for M and W.

Swimming pool and bed the bed was very comfy and we loved the room service meal

There was no bath and I do like a bath also being English I like tea in a china cup and found the paper cups in the room were not what I would expect but we were in a different country so it was not a big issue. My husband would have liked better coffee in the room maybe fresh ground brew cups but again this was a small point maybe because its what we are used to in the UK.

Perfect location for attending an event at Palexpo, close to airport, easy shuttle service to and from airport, all staff in hotel was friendly and helpful, room was very nicely appointed and well laid out, and quiet.

For the cost of the room, they could have included a faster internet connection. Staff wasn't as friendly as you'd expect from a hotel like this.

Room service was excellent

It has all the facilities you expect at the top level. The staff are pleasant and there is a swimming pool as well. Having said all that it is very expensive.

The conference wi fi was down for 2x days so that messed up our meetings big time. The main bar was closed a lot of the time always due to "exceptional circumstances." In a top rated hotel? Check in is overwhelmed when parties arrive of ski holidaymakers. The long bureaucracy of checking in makes this even more painful to witness.

We came by car. Not obvious to find the hotel eventhough rather familiar with Geneva and the airport as well as supported by Navi.

Perfect place to stay 1 night before/after airplane

The bathroom was un comfortable because the WC was basecly open into the room it should be moor privet

Free shuttles from/to the airport. 5 min walk to nearest bus station, 10 minutes ride to the center. Spacious rooms.

I had a bar meal My wife ordered a three Omelette a minute not very nice looking on that appeared. The waiter was extremely rude, Wife went to the reception desk showing the plate where he followed her. We Not be going back the very unhappy about how this incident was treated, I did warn on checking out that I would Iput a bad review up as The person at reception didn't take my complaint seriously.

We booked this hotel so we could spend a couple of days with our grandchildren while meeting up for a skiing holiday. Primarily we chose it because it has a swimming pool. Nobody bothered to tell us kids under 5 were not allowed to use the pool. This is not made clear on the hotels web site or upon reserving or checking in so be careful. The children were very upset when we brought them down to the pool and they were refused entry even though it was empty. The Management didn't care.

The attitude of the duty manager on Saturday 19 January 2012 was appalling. The room was great but we were given a ingle jilt on. Double bed!
