An excellent value for money compared to other 5 star hotels in Geneva. The location is very close to the international airport, and if you take bus # 5, you will make it to downtown in 15 minutes. I had a car but I found the bus ride much more convenient because I did not have to worry about traffic and parking. The hotel is excellent, and the rooms were very comfy. Would certainly stay again.

Excellent dinner at L'Oviolo...their Italian restaurant...overpriced but good food with excellent service

Way over priced but we need a place to stay by the airport. For the duvet on our king size bed they used a single bed duvet turned sideways, ridiculous but we were exhausted and had to get up at 4 am so did nothing about it.

conceirge and reception staff are new some of them and do not deal with guest in proper way for example english language problem and cutting the tel with out apology first

Short stay.. Wanted near airport...liked having shuttle direct to hotel...very atractive hotel with excellent facilities nice outside area to sit and have a drink. Will stay there again.

Convenient for the airport and offices nearby. The hotel transfer service was prompt and a fair godsend, at the beginning and end of the day, that's if you were working by the wtc.

Proximity of the airport was slightly annoying last thing at night, closeness of the runway causes a bit of a disturbance, but if you have the righ room can easily be ignored.

Staff were very professional, room was well designed and bathroom was excellent.

The Hotel is very comfortable to stay and is well connected to get to central Geneva!! Got a great restaurant too with some very helpful staff great food!!

I thought that the hotel was extremely modern and a good size.

The location was alright and not far from bus transport. However, it is more convenient if you are at a conference close to the airport. It is not too convenient if you would like to explore downtown Geneva.

Friendly, helpful staff and excellent location near Geneva and Airport

Swimming pool, comfort clean room, nice restaurant and staff in restaurant

No breakfast for this price, slow reception desk, free internet just in public area and didn't work for two days, expencive room internet (1h=15chf), location far from centre of city, public transport every 15 min.
