Hotel Steffani    

From picking up from airport to check in, everybody is welcoming and explaining all amenities. For off season time, they are open and providing good service. Food in the restaurant was good.

the staff were excellent , the Cresta club adds a special flavour to this hotel

fittings in the rooms were perhaps a little aged , could benefit from a revamp.

I stayed at Hotel Steffani for 2 nights with a group of 10 people last week. We have booked for 5 rooms. The staff was extremely helpful as my kids wanted to go for ski lessons. They arrange for a the instructor and rental gears immediately. Breakfast was the best i had in the whole 11 days stay in hotel around europe. They catered for your needs within the kitchen limits. that works for me. They are very efficient is responding to my emails questions and request for pick up at the train station. The hotel staff were already at the train station even though our train was delayed for 1 hour coming from Salzburg. I fully recommend this hotel as I feel that they give thier personal touch to make my holiday trip most memorable. I would like to mention Ms Anna Talina for being very responsive to my emails queries. The rest of the staff are equally highly commendable.

Everything was flawless, great pool and sauna, fantastic staff, good internet speed, great breakfasts at probably one of the best locations in town for skiing. We'll go back for sure when next time in town.

We stayed in old room, it was immaculate, very good size, comfortable, but designwise you can tell it's old.

I loved the friendly service. The owner very friendly and hospitable. The staff very helpful.... the room was comfortable and cottagey. Very appropriate for the region.

It was all great. I would reccomend it to others.

This hotel was excellent we were fortunate enough to get one of the three renovated rooms which was stunning. I don't know what the other rooms were like.

Very old hotel - really needs a renovation. Poor value for money

Excellent hotel location and room size/comfort.Unfortunately,the stay has been in the low season and most of the hotel restaurants Where cosed.It was not mention it at all in the hotel information. Receptionist person at arrival was not very polite. In general a good experiencia,but it could be improved if the hotel information was completed at the time of the reservation.

Das Hotel ist sehr gut gelegen, gepflegt, hat einen guten Service und verfügt im gleichen Haus über ein sehr gutes Restaurant. Kurz: es ist alles in gehobener Qualität vorhanden, was man braucht.

La habitación (muy espaciosa) y sus vistas al lago.

Dado que fuimos en temporada baja (mayo) algunos de los servicios no funcionaban. Aunque en todo momento el personal del hotel se mostró muy atento por satisfacer nuestras necesidades.
