Good location: 15 min from city center and old town, very vice view to the lake. Breakfast has not very huge assortmennt, but I could find everithing I like, food is very tasty and of really good quality Bed is very squeaking |

The view was excellent, the room was very nice, spacy and comfortable The bed matress was rather soft, causing back ache. The hotel is not so convenient for transportation with the public means of transport. |

The location of the hotel was very good and within easy walking distance of the centre of the city and local tram stops. It is beside the lake which is a nice place to spend some time. The staff were very friendly but could be a bit more clued in. Zurich is an expensive city and I had a Junior Suite. It was not up to the standards of normal suites I have stayed in yet probably cost more and despite the good exchange rate it still was too costly. Also the extra's in the hotel such as a massage etc are over the top expensive. Also the bathrooms while clean contained two showers and neither were good. The T.V. is poor as well. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Zürisee und Altstadt sind zu Fuss erreichbar, Es gab keine Probleme das Auto abzustellen Das Frühstück ist in dieser Kategorie eine Frechheit! Im Bad gab es Schimmelflecken,, Zimmer mit verwohnten Möbeln.Design uralt! Ständig muss man für Leistungen quittieren. Beim Frühstück 4 mal nach Bestätigung, Zimmernummer u.s.w. gefragt worden. |
