I found the staff to be very helpful. The hotel was ideal for a business trip

The restaurant menu was a little over adventurous for the clientele. More standard fare would have been appropriate.

Location, on the lake and close to the business area and old town

This time I was unlucky to receive a room which could use a refit and which had a view over the courtyard i/o lake. Not worth the money and next time I will consider to stay here only if they give me a better room

no water heater at rooms - my suite was very xpesive with no water heater or coffee maker machine - i did'nt expect that

Very good location at the lakeside promenade. Nice exterior and interior. Interesting, clean rooms. Stuff very polite, but doing their job very poor.

Paid at reception in cash, and they said not to take anything from the credit card, but during the way back to home, at the gas station after fueling I realised that I dont have money on card. It was taken from card too. So I have paid twice and putted in a very, very uncomfortable situation. Will definetely not stay there again for such an attitude. Housekeeping also very lazy. Hotel at itself very nice, but stuff dissapointed me very much.

Spa Poor conditions Restaurant no staff as you enter in No Phone connections in certain public areas of the Hotel. You have to go back to your room or to the reception to have connection, no connection in the fitness.

Ich hab ein Upgrade bekommen Zimmer mit Blick auf den See und das war großartig..

Internet sollte in so einen Hotel im Preis enthalten sein und nicht 25 chf kosten, Frühstück ist überteuert

La grande disponibilità dello staff, le camere veramente molto molto belle, spaziose, pulite. Perfettamente posizionato per le esigenze che avevo per questo soggiorno.

Per un hotel a 4 stelle in pieno centro a Zurigo, visti i prezzi, ci si aspetta almeno la conoscenza di 3 lingue da parte dello staff, WIFI gratuita, Posteggio gratuito e colazione compresa. Invece lo staff parlava solo tedesco o inglese, costo WiFi 25.- al giorno, colazione 30.- a persona, parcheggio 20.- al giorno. Un po' peccato

Es ist ein sehr traditionelles, state-of-the-art, Luxushotel.

Der Preis ist schon recht hoch. Hätte ich aus zeitlichen Gründen noch Alternativen finden können, hätte ich mich wahrscheinlich für ein anderes Hotel entschieden.

Très belle chambre, charmant accueil, excellent petit déjeuner. Un sans faute, bravo
