No tea and coffee making facilities in room

The staff was awesome, everything was perfect, the hotel is on lake Zurich (Zurichsee) although I paid 250 CHF ~250 USD and I didnt get a room with a lake view, everything is near, Tram station is 2 mins walking from hotel, the first bridge crossing the lake is just 3 mins walking from the hotel, there was a complementary umbrella coz of Zurich weather :)

Nothing bad except Zurich weather, this hotel has nothing to do with that anyways.

Staff was superb-very helpful. Room was quite nice Breakfast was very good View from the lakeside room was excellent Location-convenient to heart of the city but slightly removed from the city.

The location was great. First of all easly accesible as close to metro station. I really enjoyed that it was a bit away from the busy centre but at the same time in a short walkable distance to Bahnhofstrasse, the old partof town and Art gallery. The lake view was really worth the money. There's a nice park area close to the hotel as well. Staff was also really friendly and helpful. Rooms are new and clean, bed is comfortable. The whole stay was great and will recommend this hotel to my friends staying in Zurich.

Very service-oriented staff (quick check in, greeting from GM, and then receipt ready as leaving), great room with view of the lake, convenient walk from the city center. WiFi signal was strong and log-in simple.

Building is a bit non-descript (a car dealer is the face of the hotel with a small, almost hidden entrance). However, not an issue once you check in.

staff was exteemly friendly, the room was recently renovated and was quite attractive, brekafast buffet was superb..lonlly negative was the entrance, thought i was at an auto dealership

Location was great for public transport. Staff were friendly, room was cosy and well looked after. Bed very comfy, bathroom excellent. Hotel was quiet and restful. Service at breakfast fast and efficient.

There was no tea or coffee making facilities which was a real downside. Although we could order Room Service we would have preferred to make our own as and when we required it.

Excellent and helpful reception staff. One of the nicest rooms/bathrooms we experienced for some time with an excellent view over the lake. Comfortable ten min walk into old town. Restaurants in Zurich are pretty average and mostly Italian so we decided to try hotel restaurant on 2nd night. Very pleasantly surprised - high quality cuisine and good staff, all tables with view over lake.

wonderful staff. Very nice room (with lake view)! Might seem expensive but it is worth it.
