Simply one of the best traditional hotels we ever stayed in. Everything is close to perfection, oustanding friendly and helpful staff, unbelievable breakfast buffet. Highly recommanded! Don't expect a luxury hotel in Switzerland to be cheap, but for the price, internet and WLAN should be included... |

It is very spacious, very quite and well-organized. The service and the facilities are excellent. Perhaps the rooms should be modernized a bit. The staff of the hotel is extremely helpful and nice.The hotel is very classy and beautiful. Perhaps air-conditioning should be added to the rooms. |

Der Service für die Sportler, die Swiss Alpine Marathon teilnahmen: Frühstück ab 06.00 Uhr inkl. Pasta-Buffet 1. Ich erwache gerne, wenn es draussen hell wird: Mein Zimmer lag im Parterre, wo nachts die Scheinwerfer direkt ins Zimmer leuchteten (ausser man verdunkelte das Zimmer total), was sehr störend war. 2. Am frühen Morgen warf der Zeitungsausträger sein Paket über die Brüstung auf die Terrasse - was einen ziemlich lauten Aufprall verursachte und mich unsanft weckte. 3. Am Bahnhof musste ich erst ins Hotel telefonieren, um abgeholt zu werden. Von anderen Hotels standen die Fahrzeuge auf Abruf bereit. |

Superbe acceuil, chambre tres spacieuses superbe balcon pour se delasser en fin de journée. A recommander sans hésiter. Le seul regret c'est d'avoir eu un matelas un peu trop mou à mon goût, et pas la possibilité de faire un petit thé dans la chambre. |
