very nice hotel, quiet, clean, staff very helful, a real good experince

Il personale è stato particolarmente gentile e disponibile in ogni momento. La sistemazione nella camera matrimoniale superior con culla e lettino supplementari era buona.

Non ho apprezzato il fatto che nessuno parlasse ne italiano ne francese alla ricezione dell'hotel.

Food in the Romeo & Juliet restaurant was good but the two things I liked the most were 1) the hotel shuttle bus and 2) the abikity to use the pool area even after check-out.

My single room (#151) was very small. I know there are larger single rooms and since the hotel did not seem to be that busy, I thougt I may have received one of the larger single rooms.

Room was very small, shower although very design wasn't very easy to use and the whole bathroom was wet after showering ;-)

All was perfect: facilities, staff, breakfast...

I think that in a 5 stars hotel, internet should be free.

Excellent rooms; excellent restaurants; good swimming pool/spa facility; when staying two nights or more you get a Davos pass which will give unlimited access to public transport and mountain rail

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, vor allem war Ihr Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das war auffällig!! Auch Ihre Barkeeperin hat uns durch Ihre Freundlichlkeit überzeugt.

Der Wellnessbereich ist nett. Das Sie nur 1 Dame für die Massage haben und ebenso 1 Dame für die Kosmetik ist suboptimal, da es dann sehr lange dauert wenn man mit mehren es sich abends durchgehen läßt. Außerdem wäre es sehr hilfreich wenn Sie die Kosmetikräumlichkeiten ausschildern würden.

Die Aussicht, als wir Zimmer wechseln konnten... das erste hatte mit Bel-vedere nichts zu tun und war eher eine komfortable Besenkammer!!! Schön ist der Ess-Raum. - Das Hallenbad! Fein von der Mitarbeiterin, uns ein anderes als da zugeteilte Zimmer zu geben. Ausserdem half ein Mitarbeiter auf dem Coop-Parkplatz beflissen, unser Auto aus dem Schnee heraus zu puddeln.

- Die WEF-Vorbereitungen mit Hämmern und weiterem so! - Dass uns zunächst ein wirklich nicht schönes Zimmer gegeben wurde, obwohl ich so früh gebucht hatte (wir stellten dann fest, dass jenes nicht besetzt wurde - dunkel blieb!!!) - Dass beim Essen zu rasch abgeräumt wird, man hat noch kaum den letzten Bissen in den Mund gesteckt. - Dass wir fast 20 Minuten in der Kälte stehen und warten mussten, bis wir zu unserem Auto konnten (ich bin gehbehindert!).
