view was very good it is too far from sanen village you can go to the village by foot but you cannot come back walking and if you want to go to gastaad there is NO Way that you can go by foot . |

Location This hotel is not any longer up to its reputation. It has lost all its style; the staff is less qualified and professional than it used to be. Room service is borderline. |

Nice and modern wellness facilities (also for children!), delicious breakfast. We booked a superior room with panoramic view but the room was rather old-fashioned (to our taste) and we had a view on the trees and the wall of the pool. Advice: book a south-facing standard room on one of the higher floors (hardly any difference with superior and north is road side) |

We were in the room next to the spa - woken up every morning at 04.30 due to swimming pool cleaning. Room too hot as it was situated below the sauna.We paid an extremely high price for this discomfort. |

Die Lobby und die Aufenthaltsräume sind sehr schön und der Pianist am Abend hat toll gespielt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstücksbuffet sensationell.. Die Zimmer zur Strasse hin sind sehr laut. Einrichtung ist altertümlich. |

Le balcon et la situation de la chambre. La table du restaurant mise à notre disposition était mal située. De plus, près de nous il y avait 2 dames avec 3 ou 4 enfants qui n'ont pas arrêté de faire du bruit, de crier et les mères en ajoutait - ce qui pour nous n'est pas acceptable dans un hôtel de cette catégorie- . Le repas n'était de loin pas un repas gastronomique et donc le rapport qualité/prix n'est pas justifié. |

Die Großzügikeit der Lounge, ruhige, gemütliche, gut eingerichtete Zimmer, ein sehr gutes gastronomisches Angebot, hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet, zuvorkommendes und hilfsbereites Hotelpersonal, herrliche landschaftliche Lage. Der Shuttle zum Skigebiet fängt zu spät am Tage an. |

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals ist uns besonders aufgefallen. Da das Hotel etwas abseits liegt, haben wir den hoteleigenen Transportbus zu den Skigebieten besonders geschätzt. Vom Wellnessbereich waren wir etwas enttäuscht. Es hat nicht genügend Ruheliegen und er ist für die Grösse des Hotels eher etwas klein geraten. Die Realität mag mit den Anpreisungen in den Prospekten nicht mithalten. |
