Very good restaurant Very disapointed by the hotel, room nothing special and important no double bed at all. We were in the highest room, it was like a standard one. Don't ask anything to the receptionist their English is poor, no French, if you don't speak German, forget it. They have no clue of what's going on outside, no concierge. We had to do everything by ourself loosing our patience. |

view was very good it is too far from sanen village you can go to the village by foot but you cannot come back walking and if you want to go to gastaad there is NO Way that you can go by foot . |

Location This hotel is not any longer up to its reputation. It has lost all its style; the staff is less qualified and professional than it used to be. Room service is borderline. |

Nice and modern wellness facilities (also for children!), delicious breakfast. We booked a superior room with panoramic view but the room was rather old-fashioned (to our taste) and we had a view on the trees and the wall of the pool. Advice: book a south-facing standard room on one of the higher floors (hardly any difference with superior and north is road side) |

We were in the room next to the spa - woken up every morning at 04.30 due to swimming pool cleaning. Room too hot as it was situated below the sauna.We paid an extremely high price for this discomfort. |

Goed gelegen , gedienstig personeel en kindvriendelijk.Zeer grote en comfortabele bar, uitstekend geschikt bij minder goed weer. Wij kwamen toe omstreeks 15.30 uur , maar toch mochten wij maar om 19.00 uur op onze kamer !? |

la situation, le vue depuis la chambre, le confort. Il devrait y avoir 1 oreiller de réserve dans l'armoire.Je n'aime pas les sauna et hammam mixte, lorsqu'il est écrit qu'il faut enlever les costumes de bain...Il faudrait dire plus clairement lorsque les chiens ne sont pas admis dans les salles à manger! j'aurais choisi un autre hôtel! |

Tolle Lage, tolle Wellnessanlage, gutes Frühstück, gute Küche ( á la carte Restaurant), guter Service z.B. Shuttle-Bus, Erfreulich nettes Personal Zimmer könnten mal renoviert werden( Ich war 1985 schon mal da - gleiche Ausstattung - Mobiliar, bis auf Bäder) - Personala war am Sonntag 31.01.2010 beim Frühstück überfordert, da Hotel voll war!!!! |

Nous avions deux grandes et super chambres avec nos 2 enfants ce qui était vraiment génial, la piscine et un véritable lieu de détente et elle est vraiment magnifique, le buffet du petit déjeuner est un vrai bonheur très varié |

Sehr nette Bedienung, schöne Bar mit fabelhaften Aussicht. Sehr guten Skiraum mit Schuewärmer. Das Essen war Mittelmässig und unter den Erwartungen. Die Zimmereinrichtung nicht den Preis entsprechend. Pool zu kalt. |

sauberkeit, der ankunft hätte besser sein können...zum beispiel wenn man etwas zu trinken anbietet, mitteilen dass man den schlüssel sich an der rezeption dann abholen kann oder besser er wird gebracht, dass kann man von einen 4 sterne hotel wohl erwarten...die einrichtung wirkt schon alt, tv von 19??, man muss sich dran gewöhnen, dann ist es okay |
