The hotel itself is great, we enjoyed wellness area a lot, music nights in the lobby, complimentary tea time and of course entertainment offered for all guests. Horse sledding in a beautiful snow land was my favorite. Ski rent is conveniently located in the basement of the hotel .The staff is super nice, very helpful and pleasant.

The hotel is very comfortable, staff helpful and everything is done to make the guests' stay enjoyable - welcome drink, shuttle buses, newspapers, fluffy bathrobes, jazz singer at the bar. The breakfast buffet was impressive. Views are beautiful.

Very nice and clean. Well trained staff, helpful and polite. Great views. Excellent food They charge for the internet use. The cost is is not so much a problem but it means that, from the moment you log on you are under pressure to log off. Effectively means you only use internet for emails

Attention to details in service, cleanliness and comfort. The food was great, both the breakfast buffet and the a-la-carte restaurant. Many activities on site like sauna, pool, health club, kids quarters and activities,etc.. Staff is very friendly and welcoming.

Schöne Wellnesanlage Zimmer sehr altmodisch. Service sehr mangelhaft für die anzahl Sterne. 1 Std. warten auf einen Bademantel. Kein Unterhalt in der Sauna während en Betriebszeiten. Keine Saunatücher mehr vorhanden während 3 Std. Keine sauberen Becher für Wasser vorhanden. Behälter für gebrauchte Sauntücher und Bademantel sind viel zu klein, überal lagen dadurch diese herum. Abzug im Bad tönte wie ein SteibrecherSteinbrecher. Zimmer 512. Sehr kleines Bad i m Zimmer.

sehr freundliche MitarbeiterInnen. Gutes Essen. Schlechte Aussicht aus dem Zimmer, ein Anbau verbaute die Sicht. Ungenügende Organisation des Frühstücks. Fehlende Präsenz einer Führung. TV-Info Kanal zeigt Events von 2010 an.

Der Service und die Freundlichekeit im Hotel ist generell gut. Leider ist das Hotel und die Ausstattung bereits in die Jahre gekommen und somit stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht.Das gesamte Gebäude riecht muffig und alt.Der innenliegende Swimmingpool ist zu klein für das Hotel und an der Wasserqualität mangelt es. (Clorgeruch ) . Im Gartenbereich gibt es zu wenig Liegen.

das hotel feiert den 30. geburtstag. das merkt man aber auch denn seit 30 jahren wurde nichts mehr investiert. der fernseher war uralt lavendel und hatte seinen geist aufgegeben. am ersten abend war nichts mit fernsehen, am 2. abend wurde dann ein flat screen fernseher hingestellt . das hotel ist insgesamt dem verfall nahe und fuer 350 chf total ueberbezahlt.

Gefallen haben uns alle öffentlichen Räume (Eingang/Restaurant). Die Zimmer sind zwar gemütlich, müssten aber dringend renoviert werden. Für über 300 Franken pro Nacht stellen wir uns eine andere Ambiente als eine familientaugliche, holzträchtige kleine Chaletwohnung vor...

La piscina dovrebbe avere I getti per I massaggi attivi, La porta del corridoio al secondo piano fà un rumore terribile quando si chiude. Le camere andrebbero rinnovate secondo standar odierni. Servizio Wi-Fi a pagamento !!!! siamo nel 2011!!

Belle vue sur vallée. Superbe installation sauna. Bar agréable. Restaurant de qualité. Personnel prévenant. Parking aisé. Buffet petit déjeuner excellent et varié. Chambre et salle de bain minuscules et trop basiques. Aucun charme, ressemble chambre motel. Télévision et coffre-fort hors service (réparé durant séjour). Piscine superbe mais bruyante (beaucoup d'enfants).

вид из окна. уборка номера. нет русско-говорящего персонала! у стойки регистрации персонал плохо обучен! любую программу которую забронировали нужно узнавать по несколько раз. потому что могут сделать вид что забронировали,но так этого и не сделать! нет напоминания об экскурсиях. всем все равно,деньги за отель заплатили и хорошо. вечером в отеле детям и взрослым кроме бассейна и сауны заняться не чем.
