The Steinbock is a friendly hotel with attentive service and personal atmosphere in a very central location in the heart of Klosters, only a 5-minute walk from the mountain train. Surrounded by a breathtaking mountain landscape, the hotel offers comfortable and modern rooms (disabled rooms are available as well), a terrace and tastefully and rustically furnished restaurants with an excellent cuisine. All our guests receive a guest card offering many reductions and free services, including the local buses in Klosters and Davos and the Rhaetian Train from Klosters to Davos. Hotel Rooms: 34

Front desk staff was friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good. Hotel seemed out of date for a 4 star hotel. Bed arrangement had the bed legs stick out into the room making it easy to bump you leg into them. Location was just OK.

Well appointed and very comfortable. Excellent venue for a touring holiday. Klosters in off (ski) season has no real attraction as a holiday centre, but the hotel rates remain expensive as is typical of Switzerland generally.

Das Personal war sehr nett, das Essen sehr gut!!! Der Preis für unser Hotelzimmer war total überrissen, es war zwar Hauptsaison aber trotzdem zu teuer und es ist ja auch sonst nicht wirklich günstiger. Wir haben uns an den Zimmerbildern auf der Homepage orientiert die Zimmer waren supergross und da wäre der Preis in Ordnung. Unser Zimmer 329 war aber klein. Haben schon bessere und schönere Zimmer in Hotels gehabt zu einem günstigeren Preis! Sehr entäuschend.

Wir hatten ursprünglich für 3 Nächte gebucht, mussten aber nach 2 Tagen bereits verreisen, weil meine Frau ins Spital gebracht werden musste. Obwohl wir erst im Laufe des Nachmittages abreisten, mussten wir nur für 2 Nächte bezahlen.

La ubicación del hotel, el diseño de sus habitaciones, el diseño del comedor, su comida y la amabilidad del personal. La calidad precio nos parecio totalmente inapropiada. Pagamos un hotel de 4 estrellas en zona de esquí y tuvimos el trato de un hotel de dos estrellas, no por la amabilidad del personal, que era muy amable, pero dentro de lo que podian, es decir, tienen una norma que es "cobrar por todo" lo que se te ocurra pedir: solicitamos encender la cocina de la hab para calentar leche y cobraban,nos facilitaron entonces leche caliente cobrando.Pedimos dos sillas para el balcon y nos pusieron dos amacas de plastico sucias. Lamentablemente destacan por no tener una cultura del detalle con el cliente,tendiendo en cuenta el precio pagado.Es un " quiero y no puedo" para ser 4 estrellas.
