Our establishment is located in the idyllic holiday village of Iseltwald, only 10 minutes by car from Interlaken. We enjoy a unique location right at the lake next to the boat pier. Enjoy our big terrace with its fantastic view over the lake and relax in our cosy and bright rooms with lakeview. This friendly family-run hotel lets all its guests enjoy a feeling of well-being. Everything. It is a most beautiful location overlooking the lake. Room with balcony, sound of water gently lapping against wall below. Very romantic and views breathtaking at same time. Easy reach to town either by bus (Free for guests) or car. Easy reach of fantastic alpine valleys and walks. Not a bad word for hotel except be careful with mini-bar. As with all hotels, greatly over priced but ours was not stocked as displayed on card. Brought this to attention of owner and no problems. (Spar across road sells good wine so who needs mini-bar?? Another thing. Check out friendly and very helpful Information center beside Spar. If you don't know area, they will give excellent suggestions. Nothing. See caution about stock in Mini-Bar above. Otherwise. Great Place. Well done to all who contribute to its operation. Another point - Price of rooms is fixed. No discount for using Booking.com. Same price.

Lovely location with excellent views of the lake. Good food. Friendly staff. A lovely quiet location for a break. This was the only hotel on our tour round europe that wanted to charge for WiFi and at Sf20 per day needless to say we did without. The exchange rate has made this a very expensive place to stay too, though that's nothing the owners can do anything about.

The view of the lake The lady waiter in the dinning room was rude and they did not serve guests for basics like tea or coffee. Also they charge young child 5 years for breakfast!!!

The superb location. I had a room overlooking the lake and mountains and was idyllic. The breakfast room also had similar views. Room probably needs updating especially bathroom which is very small. Television set very small and old.

Ottima posizione sul lago,bellissima vista e punto di attracco dei battelli turistici. il paese e' picolo ma bello da vedere. ottimo per il relax. Con pochi minuti di auto si arriva a Interlaken (circa 12 km) Nessuno degli addetti in hotel parla in italiano or pochissimo. nessu problema per :tedesco, francese,inglese,spagnolo.

Kleines Zimmer - schlecht komfort -keine luxus für so hoch ein Preise. Die WC sieh aus wie eingebautet im zimmmer.Personale möchte ganz mehr service haben.Zu Teuer- aber ob mann für den Aussicht zahlen, dann ......

Het hotel ligt prachtig vlak aan het meer. Bediening erg vriendelijk, het eten heerlijk. Het hotel is aan een opknapbeurt toe. Het badkamertje was erg klein.
