Quiet location and quiet lobby. Comfortable beds with comfortable small sofa. Upscale atmosphere of hotel as a whole. The bath tub area has no handle bars, making it a safety issue while getting in and out of the narrow and deep tub. |

The Hotel is central and for Swiss standards priced ok. Apparently the restauration has been completed, because I had a modern, comfortable and clean room and did not have to step over restoration material as other visitors have claimed. My room was on the street side and not noisy at all. All in all, I had a pleasant stay, I didn't try the breakfast though. |

The staff when we checked in were extremely helpful, friendly, courtious, and accomodating. My wife has chronic physical limitations with waking up. I requested to take her breakfast to her room; my request was denied by the dining room staff and by the reception staff. Interestingly, the price of the breakfast was included in the hotel rate; i.e., I paid for it; and the room contained a mini-bar which allowed for eating and drinking in the room. |

Insgesamt freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage, zu den Einkaufspassagen nur wenige Minuten zu laufen. Das Frühstücksbüffet war für ein Hotel dieser Kette und Kategorie wirklich sehr schlecht ausgestattet. Es gingen nicht alle Programme des Fernsehers, dies wurde trotz Reklamation nicht geregelt. Das Hotel ist bei fehlender Klimaanlage im Sommer sicher nicht zu empfehlen. Die Straße ist im Bahnhofsviertel sehr laut, so dass man das Fenster nicht öffnen kann. Es gibt im weiteren Umkreis keine kostenlose Parkplätze. |

Zentrale Lage, direkt beim Bahmhof und doch relativ ruhig. Zuvorkommendes Personal. Grosses Zimmer nach hinten. Das Einzelzimmer war sehr klein und verglichen zum Doppelzimmer war der Preis zu hoch. Das Frühstück war etwas lieb- und phantasielos. |

Ist sehr zentral gelegen. In der nähe vom Bahnhof und nur einige Gehminuten zu den Einkaufsstrassen. Jedoch sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr eng und die Bettdecke roch ziemlich komisch |

Für Business-Aufenthalt ist alles Notwendige vorhanden. Nähe zum Bahnhof ist super. Trotzdem erstaunlich ruhig. |

Appréciable pr la propreté de l'etablissement, des chambres, l'hotel à proximité gare . Décors correct & sobre. Aucun bruit de couloirs, ni de portes, ni de chambres voisines; Personnel arrangeant pour chambre à quitter en temps & en heure...un certain charme un peu rétro.... Le chauffage+++, qui même diminué par les boutons de radiateur avec fenêtre entr'ouverte reste excessif. Surtout en salle de petit déjeuner aussi suchauffée! Le petit déjeuner est appréciable, mais il y manque malgré tout fruits (secs), compotes,oeufs & confitures en pot! Mais tout y est propre & bien présenté! |

Chambre cosy et confortable (grand lit, lumière douce, joli mobilier), ce qui contraste avec la froideur de certains des hôtels 4* voisins. Proximité de la gare et d'un parking. Excellent rapport qualité prix. |
