3 mintues walk to railway station, very convenient location to main road and lakeside. The breakfast is delicious but less varieties. Bedroom is a bit small as a double room. The reastaurant staff is quite impolite to urge guests to leave at 10:00am sharply.

Good location-5 minutes walk to the train station;about 10 minutes walk to the Lake Geneva;the old town is just a few minutes walk away;very helpful receptionist;good value for money.

Our room was clean and though compact it was perfectly adequate for a short stay, the buffet breakfast was very good and I found the hotel staff exceptionally helpful and friendly.

The location and the room were really good. I loved the hotel until I woke up in the morning - I was bitten by I dont what insect they were but I seriouosly could not stop scrathing and I needed medical attentin becase the insects bites were very bad. All my legs were bitten and the back as well. I am very sure that I got these bites from the bed in which I was sleeping. The sheets were clean but surely there insects somewhere either in the matresses or the cover bed. I am still taking medication and the pain it s really bad. The room number was 111 so please advise the hotel owner to chnage the matresses or clean the sheets properly!! I cannot recommend the hotel given my experience.

Location is excellent just walking distance from the train station. As I arrived early they provided the room immediately. The behaviour of the front desk person while checking out was not good at all.

Excellent location near the Railway station and Montblanc street. Very quiet in the morning. Expensive as everything in Geneva, no parking as everywhere in Geneva (parking round the corner under the railway station is about 40 eur per 24h, very basic breakfast as almost everywhere in continental Europe :)

Great location steps from the main train station; nice rooms, excellent front desk staff (efficient, friendly, informative). Stayed in february and room was too hot (even turned heater to lowest setting); had to open windows and let cold air in.

The room was good sized by European standards, The location and price were terrific. The front desk staff very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, double glazed windows kept city noise out.

The hotel is about a 3 minute walk from the train station 10 minute walk from the lake all the main shops are just round the corner so the location is great as for the hotel itself has good,clean comfortable rooms with plazma screen tv.Geneva is probably the most expensive place I have ever visited but would stay in this hotel no problems if I ever came here again.

La habitación y el baño eran limpios y comodos. El trato de dos de las personas, pero especialmente la asistente gerente, fué espantoso. Yo necesité quedarme una noche más y no había lugar. Pero ese no fué el problema porque puedo entender si el hotel estaba ya completo, pero la forma en que me trató fué un espanto, ya que no ofreció ayudarme a encontrar otra habitación, insistiendome a que si no sacaba la ropa a medio día mandaría alguien a hacerlo, y no permitirme a retirarlas a las 16 horas. Fué solo cuando tuvo que llamar el personal de la ompi que dió algo de información. Nunca volvería allí y dije a la gente de la ompi que lo saquen de la lista de recomendados.
