great location,, staff great,,clean and comfortable room and hotel. Breakfast was a great value for the money.

the hotel was simply great, the one of the best out of my european driving holiday. everything that you needed was at hand, secure car park, the shopping center was next door, the motorway was close and the tram stop was only few minutes walk from the hotel

Food is pricey but that's all over Switzerland so it's unique to this hotel.

This is a very clean and comfortable hotel with spacious rooms. It is about 20 minutes tram ride to Basel. For my liking the hotel bar could do with not closing at midnight. There is a good free Tea/Coffee making machine in the hotel lobby. I believe that this is a good hotel to stay at for both business and leisure, we would stay here again.

The only negative, was that our room was not warm enough for us, got the hotel reception to turn up the heating "again (stayed here before)" from a central point and this worked.

We stayed two nights and found everything very nice. The tram stop was a block away which gave us a wonderful way to explore Basel.

The 5 seater room was very spacious and well appointed. The food court at the Shopping Centre next to the hotel offered ample choice of food. Staff was very courteous.

The room did not have tea/coffee making facility though there was one in the lobby. The main bathroom door did not have a lock.

Everything is brand new, staff is very friendly, rooms are big and clean. Located close to the tram stop that goes to the city center.

- Very easy to reach by car, so it is a great place to stay if you are in transit. - The family room for four is huge and well designed. It even has two TVs, a stove and a minifridge. - Very professional staff and everything works like it should.

- It is a bit out of town - Breakfast is on the expensive side. It is much better to buy a few things in the Migros supermarket next door and to good (free) coffee and orange next to the hotel's reception.

The comfort of the room

Wireless Internet connection was not working - we appreciated that hotel staff tried to fix the problem though without success.

Hotel was clean and modern with good sized rooms and excellent bathroom/shower. I liked the fridge in the bedroom as I could store snacks and drinks for two small kids - also the coffee section in the reception was useful. My son liked the billiards and table football ! The car park was convenient as was the Stucki shopping mall. We also liked the steak restaurant attached to the hotel.

Can't think of anything in particular that I didn't like.

The facilities were very nice, spacious and modern.

The website advertises free Wi-Fi, but we had to pay to use the Wi-Fi because the "free" option was insufficient. A big problem for us was that the staff didn't honor our simple request for our children upon arrival. Also, the website advertises that the hotel has a children's play area, which it does not. Additionally, the website advertises that toiletries will be provided, but no shampoo and conditioner were provided (the body soap does not count as shampoo). Finally, there is no room service, which it should most definitely have.

It's a new property, and as such it's very clean and has all the modern feats of technology. It's nicely designed, too. Staff speaks all imaginable languages.

Not enough towels in a 3-guest room, toiletries are very basic. The sliding bathroom door can't be locked and there's a huge gap between the door and the wall. With the other wall being fogged glass, the bathroom is quite public. There's no free parking around, despite the area being really out in the sticks.

Everything was cleaned and in order. Staff really kind and friendly.

Maybe the price is too much and they didn't accept our mastercard for some reasons we didn't know.

The style, decor, facilities, quality, friendliness of staff were all exceptional! We had a large suite for five adults, which was huge. The quality of the suite, and the cleanliness and comfort were all brilliant! Unfortunately, we had to cut short our trip, and the staff were very understandable and very helpful in making necessary arrangements. Simply cannot fault anything! Would reccomend this hotel to anybody!
