As befire staff was great, the room clean and well maintained. Again I had a double room for single occupancy. This time it was with a shower only which, with some issues about balance and mobility, I found to be uncomfortable. |

All the requirements of staying at a hotel met expectations and close to required amenities. The inability of some staff to converse in English. |

The room was small, but functional and comfortable. At this price in Geneva, you really can't beat it (and the location is great). The staff are friendly and competent, and the breakfast was good. Really not a lot to complain about. The tea at breakfast was foul- take your own tea bags. Coffee smelled nice (but I didn't try iy...) |

Very convenient location opposite train station but nevertheless rooms were well insulated from outside noise. Reception staff very obliging. A free travel ticket for buses around Geneva for the duartion of your stay. |

Nice, clean and well-located hotel in Geneva. It offers good value, if there is such a thing for a hotel in Geneva. The hotel staff are very nice and helpful. I have stayed at this hotel for three years in a row, and I plan to stay there in the future when I'm in Geneva. Shower stall in bathroom too small and with a curtain only. |

Poor breakfast compared to many hotels that I stay at around Europe. Bathroom was OK but no shower screen or bath screen making a flood everytime a shower was taken. I had a superior suite that had no superior element to it what so ever. Overpriced modest accommodation. Would not recommend or use it again. Location good but so many other hotels in the area that would be equally convenient. Hotel signage was not lit at night until late which meant we could see all the other hotels with their lights on and then spotted the Hotel Suisse dark exterior. We joked that the hotel looked as though it had closed down. Free Wifi which was good but which is becoming a norm at hotels now. |

Very good location. Nice, clean, and comfortable, newly renovated rooms. Fast check in and check out. Very noisy unless closing windows and using AC. Breakfast room cramped and not with as wide a selection as found in other hotels, nor with very competent staff. |

Free public transport card, free Internet - which was the reason for choosing the hotel. The bathroom was amazingly large and well lit. The bedroom was comfortable. International travellers with laptops should make sure they take an international adapter. However, the hotel provided me with one free of charge. |

Check in was quick and efficient. The breakfast room was well served I was disappointed to find the room carpet scuffed and worn and the bashbasin in the bathroom cracked. Without those faults i would have been able to mark it higher on comfort. |

Hotel was very conveniently located for both travel, business and site seeing. Efficient staff, knowledgable about the area and happy to recomend local sites and day trip options. Having the included breakfast was an excellent option. Comapared to other destinations we visited on this trip the hotal was expensive, but no more so than any others in the city of Geneva. |

This hotel is in a great location to the railway station and walking to the old town area and other sites. Room was quite large and nicely furnished. Staff were very nice. |

Quiet, good breakfast, clean towels and sheets, clean room. Very polite staff, no problem with booking or payment. They provided map, bus ticket for a day, complaint form. All pre-arranged and delivered to me on arrival. Old furniture, very unclean bed covers, |

My selection of a double room for single occupancy was a good idea. The hotel is nice, sorry that the restaurant only does breakfast now. |
