Very good location. Across the road from the station. Very clean and comfortable room. Many restaurants nearby. Walking distance to the Lake, tams, bus. Would definitely recommend it.

Despite the hotel's central position, it was very quiet.

1. Situated right across from the main Geneva station. Absolutely convenient for anyone flying into Geneva airport as there is a free train link to the main station. 2. Great breakfast spread included in the rate. 3. Very centrally situated for a visitor's access to the Lake and shopping area. 3. Staff were friendly and accommodating

The hotel is located right in front of the train station. Staff is helpful and friendly. Quality of the bed's is very good (allthough the pillows are a bit weak).

Location is excellent if travelling by train and close to all the shops...

Even though we were high up it was very noisy!

the location was ideal for passing through Geneva and for transport to enjoy the New Year celebration.

Hotel was handy to train station - right across the road. Staff were very helpful.

Bathroom sink had huge crack in it. Sink and bath both took ages to drain. Chairs in room were stained. Could do with an update.

The breakfast has definitely become more Spartan.] for example, the jams and cheeses are still there but not of the same quality as previously. Overall, however it still offers very good value compared to many other Geneva hotels .

The hotel provided me with the exact required room. I'm visiting Geneva again in March and booked the same hotel in the name of my sister

Very nice, spacious room with spacious bathroom. Quiet (taking into account closed windows and a/c)

Internet connection could be slightly better, it was ok for basic internet surfing, otherwise slow. Also you need to ask for connection code for each device you'd like to connect with. Anyway it's hard to find hotels with home-quality wifi (I know only one in Geneva that provides that), and this one is still good if you compare to others.
