Sunstar Parkhotel Davos    

Friendly staff, perfect location, wellness area, free parking, very good value.

The swimming pool, restaurant and the room (luckily I had a double room, even though I booked a single room).

I had stayed in 2011 where I had payed for two nights, but only could stay one night. Unfortunately I was told at the reception that I could not used (not even a portion) of the night I had payed for and not stayed overnight because this possibility is only valid 1 year.

excellent staff facilities and good value for money. I will stay again in Sunstar Parkhotel.

The late check in at 15:00 may be a little bit wrong if you travel the whole day and you need imediatelly to rest if you arrive earlier.

A clean comfortable hotel in a quiet part of Davos - staff, meals and the facilities are all excellent and the views over the mountains are wonderful

A little expensive overall. The half-board diner was disappointing - we didn't have diner in the hotel again.

Unbelievable Service and Attention. It is indeed the best served Hotel in Europe in my experience of 15 years. Keep up the Great Show. If I travel to Davos again it would be at the PARK HOTEL for sure! Great Breakfast and Great Food too... Excellent Wellness ! Superb Shuttle from Resort to the door of the leading Ski Areas....

There can be nothing not to like at the park hotel. My suggestion to them was to include a Tea/Coffee Water boiler in the room as the Mini Bar again was FREE and included in the room cost :)

Front Office Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable specially my appreciation to Isabella who always goes one step forward to provide excellent customer services. Breakfast was good comprising of mostly organic food items so great choice for health concious people. Location was great too just five minutes walk from Davos Platz train station. I hav'nt used hotel facilities like swimming pool or sauna but can assume they must be good as compare to other indoor facilities. Booked a single but offered me a double which was a plus with nice front view of mountains and cable car on 6th floor. Bath room was clean and with all toiletries available on spot. Bed was comfortable and clean too my special praise to house keeping staff. Only one thing I found missing was tea / coffee making facility which can be added but on the other hand mini bar was there and absolutely no charge.Over all a great stay and could be recomend without hesitation.

Det var litt kaldt i rommet.

Die Minibar ist gratis und wird täglich aufgefüllt. Sauberer und schöner Wellnessbereich. Ruhige Lage.

In jeder Beziehung sehr schönes Hotel

Bijzonder vriendelijk en goed getraind personeel. Prachtige locatie. Goede Spa met prachtig zwembad. Flexibele opstelling personeel. Shuttle naar belangrijke skiliften en station en (op aanvraag) ook naar andere plekken. Goede ligging, mooi uitzicht, goed geoutilleerde kamers.

De keuken. Met name het half pension (halfboard) dat toch 41 Chf P.P. kost was echt ondermaats. Niet lekker, niet gaar. Ook zou een waterkokertje op de kamer wel welkom zijn.

Das Personal war besonders aufmerksam und freundlich.

Die Einrichtung ist doch schon recht in die Tage gekommen.

Das Personal an der Reception ist sehr freundlich und äusserst hilfsbereit! Der Ski-Shuttlebus ist genial!

Es war Alles bestens. War ja auch nur 1 Nacht da.

Einrichtung in die Jahre gekommen (altmodisch). Frühstück ungemütlich und eher kantinenmässig: grosser Raum, schlechte Anordnung, laut.

Personal sehr freundlich u. überaus hilfreich, Service all-round war top. Wellness Bereich - schön mit viel Angebot. Nette Atmosphäre an der Bar mit fachkundigem Personal ("Maestro)! Sehr nette, hilfsbereite Fahrer zu den verschiedenen Bahnen!

Für die "Nicht-Halbpensiongäste"mehr a la Karte Angebot im eigenen Restaurant-vielleicht Pizza/Pasta.... Peanutbutter hat gefehlt! Tagesdecke im Zimmer!
