Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Located in the middle of Switzerland it doesn't take you long to reach Bern (1 hour), Basel (45 minutes) , Zürich (45 minutes) and Luzern (15 minutes) by car or train.
Check In during week end: 14:00 - 20:00
Late check in only on request and need to be confirmed by the hotel. In case of a late check you need to contact the hotel in advance to get the access code for the hotels key box.
Please be aware that at the check in the hotel has to fill out a registration form. Please make sure that you have your personal ID with you.

Friendly staff, convenient location (very central, restaurants in walking distance), quiet - good for a stop-over on the way south The room is a bit dated, not very spacious, but Ok for the 1 night we stayed there, no coffee/tea-making facilities in the room |

Very friendly staff, clean rooms, good breakfast, free internet in rooms, free garage for car under the hotel. The hotel is am excelent choice for trips around nord,east and centre of Switzerland. Perhaps a restaurant in the hotel. |

The receptionist was very very helpful. Seeing that we are family of 2 adults and 3 kids, she promptly offered us 2 adjoining rooms with connecting doors (instead of 2 separate double-rooms), which was exactly what we needed. Night concierge who was checking us out was not able to communicate in english and made us pay for the stay, even though our credit card was used for the reservation. As a result, we were charged twice. However, this was discovered few hours later and responsible person called us and tried to settle the issue as soon as possible. |

The hotel staff were so helpful to us on arrival they changed our room to a garden view because the weather was good, they hired bikes for us, they even went out and collected pizza for us, would definately reccommend this hotel to anyone. |

The staff is very friendly you really feel welcome. The large parking place is under the hotel. The rooms and the rest of the accomodation is very clean, new and well maintained. The breakfast is very good and sufficient choise. The hotel is an ideal one night stop during a long trip. Sursee is fine but nothing special to offer for visitors or tourists. It is not the place were you will stay for sereral days. The hotel has no restaurant but you can find them on walking distance |

My room was light and airy with smart modern decor and every comfort.The receptionist could not have been more helpful with parking advice and restaurant recommendation. Good breakfast. Some might consider breakfast finishing at nine a little early by continental standards though I was not inconvenienced. |

L'hotel si trova in centro, è molto carino e lo staff è molto gentile. C'è un parco giochi per bambini e le camere a piano terra affacciano su questo parco giochi. La camera ha il parquet. C'è il parcheggio gratuito della macchina al chiuso nel sotterraneo dell'hotel. L'unico difetto sono le coperte separate anche per il letto matrimoniale. Mentre facevamo colazione abbiamo notato che alcune camere affacciano sulla sala breakfast, quindi se le camere assegnate capitano tra quelle si sentirà il rumore delle persone che fanno colazione. |
