in een woord en in alle opzichten een fantastisch hotel op een sublieme locatie. heb zelden een vergelijkbaar 5 sterren hotel meegemaakt. |

De kamers zijn groot en uitstekend, het ontbijt zeer goed.Het zwembad en de andere faciliteiten uitstekend. Een aanrader ! |

Personeel correct en behulpzaam.Kamers schoon en helder. Uitstekend ontbijt in fraaie eetzaal. Niet vermeld en niet herkenbaar is de interlokale weg, die vlak voor het hotel langsloopt en voor de nodige onrust zorgt.Ga voor de grotere kamers, want een kleine kamer met uitzicht op het achterliggend struikgewas is sterk af te raden, vooral ook omdat een bed van 130 cm breed als tweepersoons werd aangemerkt. Voor een hotel van dit niveau alleen acceptabel als een eenpersoonskamer. |

We got upgraded to a bigger room. The room was very nice, spacious and nicely decorated. The hotel is nicely decorated. We were in the first floor, there was a bar with loud music on the ground floor. The music stops at 1am. We couldn't sleep. The spa area is very small, the ceiling very low. I've been in some spa and wellnes hotels and this is the worst I have seen. I wouldn't considere it a Spa and Wellness hotel at all. |

staff, cleanliness, interior, live night music performed by the excellent couple at the pool restaurant during dinner time bus engine loudly working beside the dining room during breakfast (the bus could have been at the other side of the hotel entrance - beside the empty piano bar). |

the view , staff, location very quite. the AC very bad it's hot than the wethar outside , it should be cold coze the wether in lugano in jul was 33 c , but it's very hot we can't sleep at night . The menu for the room dining to small . |

Excellent pool and location. Hotel staff were attentive and helpful. Shuttle service to town was free and efficient. May not be indicative of the entire clientele, but some guests were very rude and arrogant. At the pool we were 5m away eating lunch but a group demanded that our sunloungers be cleared to make space for them. We also chose not to go back to the bar on the second evening as the live music was somewhat intrusive... |

Very nice hotel 11 km outside Lugano. The shuttle service to/from the hotel did not work and the receptionist just said "That happens" - which it obviously should not at a 5* hotel. more service minded staff |

The staff is amazing. I think it was the best service I have ever got. Very friendly and helpful. Location is a bit far away from the city, but hotel is very helpful with shuttles. |

Everything was nice. The beds were very comfortable. Food was good and the spa was heaven. My mobile had a bad reception signal in the room - I had to stand in one corner of the room in order to make my phonecalls! |

Staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked the quiet location outside of Lugano. Our room was very attractive and comfortable with all expected amenities. Initially, we chose this hotel because the hotel we were going to book alerted us that they were renovating. As it turned out, the Olivella was as well. The noise from serious hammering and pneumatic tools on a Friday and Saturday was quite unpleasant. The hotel should consider non-smoking floors. |

la relation qualité-prix , l'emplacement vraiment exceptionnel qui fait découvrir des rues pittoresques de petits vilages au bord du lac pour y accéder. La gentillesse du maître d'hotel au petit déjeuner Dommage qu'au spa le hamman n'était pas en fonction et que l'hotel ne pouvait me donner accès par un code au wifi en dérangement, j'en aurais eu besoin pour mon travail. |

Zentrale Lage und gute Erreichbarkeit der nächsten Shoppingmöglichkeiten. Gute Aussicht und ruhige Lage. Gutes Frühstück. Unfreundlicher Empfang, Ausweis wurde seltsamerweise kopiert, Gläser im Zimmer waren voll mit Staub.. Zimmer sind nicht mehr standesgemäss, Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht, Fenster konnte nicht richtig geöffnet werden, stark renovationsbedürftig. |
