All the staff were very friendly and helpful

The lack of information about Morcote, the church and the pathways. We do appreciate there was an Information Centre in the town but it was closed until April.

The hotel is luxury. The room was perfect decorated ,clean and big

The person on the reception ordered limo for us instead taxi (like we asked) As the result- we paid 50 chf for 5 minutes trip to Lugano on chic Limo car. Be carefull with it. Also this guy didn't tell us that the hotel provides free of charge shuttle service to Lugano. The TV set in the room is perfect but placed poor ( it was possible to watch just staying next of it) Book rooms only with the view to the lake! Other case you will watch only wall behind the hotel.

The staff was very good,the breakfast was woow,the rooms was nice and the view of the hotel very nice.

The gym was very small

The location is very agreeable. The room was very comfortable and large and the terrace lovely.

The staff were not friendly. Upon check- in we were told that as we were on a special rate the room was not ready...in fact we only checked in after 5pm. I felt they had to give us the room type we booked but we got the one which had been a smoking room although we requested non- smoking, a renovation was ongoing at night upstairs and generally the staff were not pleasant. The staff in the dining room were excellent, but apart from one man the reception staff were superior and the porters were positively unfriendly. What a shame they have let Swiss Hotels down.

The staff were very attentive and helpful, the hotel is exeptionally clean

I was surprised that the Wifi is only available in the business centre (one computer), if you want to use it in your room there is still a charge applied!!! The gym was opening from 9am?!! Who wants to use it then? Perhaps they can open it from 11 to suit themselves. However, the hotel staff were happy to help and sometimes open the gym for us but still ......

Every thing was excellent in the hotel during my stay. The staff were so friendly and the breakfast was very good. The room was clean and lexure with an amazing view on the lake side.

Service impeccable, design très classe, propreté exemplaire, vue à couper le souffle et à deux pas de Morcote. Bravo !

L'accès wifi est payant... De nos jours quelle faute de service impardonnable...

Das Essen war nicht optimal

De keuken was van een uitzonderlijk voortreffelijk niveau, maar tevens erg duur. Het ontbijt is eveneens van een buitengewone klasse. We waren er op wereldvrouwendag en mijn echtgenote kreeg een mimosatakje van de zeer galante baas van het hotel.

De kamer was onnodig klein, want ingedeeld in te veel hokjes: links bij binnenkomst een natte cel, rechtdoor een overbodige "study", waardoor de rechts daarop aansluitende slaapkamer veel te klein werd. Rechts van die slaapkamer weer een natte cel. Erg hokkerig allemaal. Het was voor ons de tweede keer, en nu ging het qua temperatuur goed (we konden de kamer goed luchten en het was koel buiten). In de zomer zou ik niemand aanraden daar te gaan slapen, want dan moet de airco wel aan om het uit te houden.
