Excellent service, convenient location for cultural events at the Musical theater. I had an excellent discount but could not afford to stay there at the usual top rates. The inhouse grill restaurant could also have been better.

I booked this hotel through Booking.com special Flash deal offer. The price we paid for the hotel in front of the experience we had during our stay was truely a deal. The hotel staff welcomed us with a smile and even offered help to carry our luggage. The explained us the terms well, and the ongoing construction alongside the hotel. There was no disturbance at all due to construction in the night and we were anyway away during the day times. The best stay we've had till date from the hotels booked through booking.com.

We came to Basel to have 5th wedding anniversary and this Hotel was a perfect choice as we were lucky enough to get a free upgrade to Premier room! I think that the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel was confortable and well situated. I can recommend this hotel to anyone.

An excellent hotel with a modern generous design and good lighting. The hotel deal caught me on the hop: I thought breakfast was included. And you did have to pay some sort of tax I didn't know about.

its location near the muba etc, room size and comfort the design in the bathtub is perfect but one cant handle it when one has wet and soapy hands. parkiung was not awailable during our stay, all parkings in a 1 km perimeter were full!

We had a nice one night stay. Price was excellent as we got a flash deal. Staff was friendly and polite. Very good cleanliness and comfort too. Couldn't enjoy.We couldn't enjoy the steam bath because it was not working. It was really bad. Because steam bath one of them my priority. Over all it was a nice hotel. One more thing as it was a five star hoilday but really doesn't like like fancy.

We went to Basel to see the Christmas Market. The hotel location is very good as the tram station is directly in front of it (Messeplatz). Take tram #2 to get to downtown where the market is, it takes about 4 to 5 min and then 3-4 min walking, so this was very convenient. Tram #2 also continues to the main train station and takes about 7 min to get there, which was also very convenient as we arrived to Basel by train. We stayed only one night and we didn't have breakfast in the hotel, so we basically didn't have much time to interact with the staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable (apart from the pillows). There is a water boiler in the room and all necessary utensils and products to make coffee and tea. There is a safe, a minibar and an ironing board, however we didn't use any of those. You have the possibility to store your luggage after checkout in the hotel. I put that the value for money is good because we booked the room with a special discount deal. I don't know if the value for money will still be good with a regular price. The pillows in the room were all feather pillows. We were unable to sleep properly as we founf them very uncomfortable. We didn't ask to see if the hotel had other types of pillows as we only stayed one night. There is wired and wireless internet in the room but it's not free.

We liked the very friendly, efficient and helpfull staff. The hotel is very comfortable, with good sized rooms and very pleasant bathrom. We have no negative points.

Room was high tech and well designed. The location is central for business but the hotel was under construction. The noise started before 8am in the morning. As five stars hotels goes this was more a 4 Star

Convenient for Railway Station which was main reason for selecting the Hotel. Thought that the room rate was rather expensive and the cost of the buffet breakfast was no good value for money.

They have a good Gym/spa, good location, easy acess by public transportation. Very friendly staff Breakfast is a joke, it cost 32 chf for a choice of a 4 star hotel!

Staff were excellent and kept apologizing for the construction. However, we were not aware of any construction noise. Our room was quiet, excellent. Would happily stay there again.

“The location of the hotel was very good. Also on arrival at the hotel we received a public transport ticket which allowed unlimited usage of the transport system in the area, i.e. trams and buses.
