Convenient to city transportation. Air conditioned Bar service was great Drilling noise for construction , expensive use of internet, cost of breakfast was extremely high, lack of shuttle service to trains, airport, no offer of free coffee for breakfast difficulty in use of hair dryer and appliances |

Access to metro While the bartender, an apprentice and a young black concierge were very friendly, one concierge was aburpt and rude and made us feel not welcome. They were remolding so pool was closed and pounding began at 9:30am. We were planning to rest at the hotel but went out instead. |

This is a wonderful hotel. I thought it was near the train station, but as it turns out, there are three station. This is near the Germany station. Not the one that is uses. They did give us vouchers for public transportation. It just is not very convenient. It is next to the convention center. A lovely hotel, just not where I thought it was located. |

Come congressista, la praticità di avere le sale di riunione, la camera e le possibilità di ristorazione nel medesimo complesso, rispettivamente tutti i mezzi di trasporto verso i diversi quartieri della città a portata di mano. |

On a choisi cette Hotel pour la piscine, a notre arrivée surprise pas de piscine pas de Spa . Très déçu. On a du porter nos valises seul dans la chambre. Mauvais 5 étoiles |

Das Hotel liegt relative central und die mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich Die zimmer sind nicht mehr ganz modern und die sauberkeit könnte besser sein (zbsp: vertrockneten schaum an den badezimmerwänden, schwarzer rand am bett, etc.) |

Personnel très sympathique. Bien situé. Grande chambre ne correspond pas à un 5*, au mieux un 4. Infrastructure vieillotte. Mériterait de sérieux investissements. Lit trop mou. |

Le personnel est très accueillant, nous a parfaitemenet renseigné quant aux musées que nous voulions voir ( horaires, situation dans la ville, transports en commun etc...), Aucune de nos demandes n'est restée sans réponse de leur part; La chambre est spacieuse, le petit déjeuner un moment très agréable. |

Malheureusement, cette fois-ci (car ce n'est pas la première fois que nous allons dans cet hôtel) notre chambre donnait justement sur la place principale où il y a les trams, donc c'était plus bruyant et nous avons entendu également le bruit de la discothèque. |

Freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Infolge einer kurzen Nachtruhe durften wir ohne Probleme den Zeitpunkt des Auscheckens um 2 Stunden verlängern. Etwas ringhörig zum Nachbarzimmer. Da tobte frühmorgens ein heftiger Streit, so dass nicht mehr an Schlaf zu denken war. |
