nice staff, clean rooms very expensive car parking, no rates with breakfast included so in the end it is quite expensive per night if you have to pay 35.- per person for breakfast |

I have stayed at this hotel several times before. For a 5* hotel it is exceptionally friendly and welcoming - I often find such hotels too formal and unfriendly. The rooms are well appointed and spacious. I will be staying here again. |

Lovely hotel room,nicely appointed although somewhat impersonal.Friendly staff Typically impersonal 5 star establishment.Breakfast price too expensive and therefore ate out. |

Very friendly staff and high quality place. Had stayed there on buisness several times before. Chose this hotel for a personal trip this time. Food is bit expensive. Breakfest buffet is very Spartan for 35 franks. They want you to get much more breakfest/brunch for a lot more money. |

Convenient to city transportation. Air conditioned Bar service was great Drilling noise for construction , expensive use of internet, cost of breakfast was extremely high, lack of shuttle service to trains, airport, no offer of free coffee for breakfast difficulty in use of hair dryer and appliances |

Access to metro While the bartender, an apprentice and a young black concierge were very friendly, one concierge was aburpt and rude and made us feel not welcome. They were remolding so pool was closed and pounding began at 9:30am. We were planning to rest at the hotel but went out instead. |

Zentrale Lage, Zimmer waren nett, der Empfang war ausgesprochen freundlich, Roomservice war gut. Die Preise (auch für Roomservice) sind eher am oberen Ende für das Hotel. Schwimmbad fehlt, was schade ist. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ok (haben wir dieses Mal aber nicht genutzt), war früher aber besser. - Alles andere war wirklich gut |

Das freundliche und sehr kompetente und professionelle Servicepersonal, die Eleganz und der Komfort, das Zimmer mit allen Extras, der Wellness- und Fitnessbereich. Toll wäre noch ein Swimming- sowie ein Whirlpool. Die Duschen ("Strahler von vorn") im Wellnessbereich waren etwas renovationsbedürtig. Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen. |
