This is a business class hotel, which we booked for the end of our ski trip because of the spa / sauna. It is located directly across from a small train station that is 7 minutes from the main Zuerich train station (don't take a cab; we did because we couldn't find the information desk). It is very modern yet comfortable. There is a farmers market outside on Wednesdays and Saturdays, tons of cheeses and breads and fresh fruit. There is also a grocery store next door, so unless you're extremely lazy, skip the breakfast offered by the hotel. There is a Nespresso coffee maker in each room. While this isn't as good as fresh, it's a nice convenience to have. The bathrooms offer one 115/220V GFI service, however they provide a hair dryer and Dana brought a universal one so this did not matter. If you want to use the complimentary pillow service, call early or ask first thing upon arrival. We asked at the end of the day after trekking around all day and they were out of pillows, which we were looking forward to trying. Also, keep in mind that the spa has limited hours on the weekend. This is completely understandable, just factor that in if you want to relax there after touring the city or local countryside.

I loved this hotel - I will absolutely stay again and visit other llocation.s It was totaly luxury and attention to every detail. I loved the pillow menu and the amazing amazing 32nd floor infitiny panorama pool and spa - we were even offered juice whil swimming by the lovely spa attendant - a great hotel Perfect in every way - I cant find anything I didnt like except the fact that wifi was not free in the standard rooms however you can us Mcdonalds for free across the street or starbucks for free in the hotel lobby ... Tip - join their frequent stay club before visiting!! After 5 nights you get free internet anyway!

Very friendly staff. They let me check in at 7am after a 13hr long distance flight without issues. The wellness area at the rooftop is great as well, with a marvellous view of the city. The buffet breakfast is a bit pricy, but value for money is OK if you want to go for a "real" breakfast including salmon, selection of cheese, ... The opening hours of the spa area are a bit too short, in particular on weekends (8am-8pm). I don't need a dedicated receptionist in the spa area, but longer opening hours would be great... Like many other hotel chains, the hotel outsources Internet connectivity to a third party. They charge insane prices for Internet access, starting from CHF 9,- an hour. CHF 5,- will buy you a prepaid dayflat with most Swiss mobile operators. Hotels should really consider Internet a basic amenity these days, and not sell it at premium rates for CHF 70,-/night extra... this is just a very unpleasant ripoff that guests learned to avoid anyway.

Great location with direct frequent trains to the city and airport. Good value for money and better quality than similarly priced hotels in Zurich. Room was over-heated. Clear glass between bedroom and bathroom, stylish but unpractical for more than one guest.

The top floor pool was incredible. The spa attendant even served orange juice to the guests while we were relaxing. The hotel is perfect for zurich tourists (esp if you get the zurichcard because the train station is across the street and downtown zurich is five minutes away.

Great location, the train station right across the road, take about 6mins to get to the city centre/main train station. Supermarket and couple of shops around the area.Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean, good price and liked the swimming pool on top floor thro it was a bit small. Would definitely stay here again on my next trip to Zurich.

A very good and confortable hotel, with an amazing swimming pool in the top floor. It's a bit expensive for all it offers, we got our room in a lower floor than the booked, and the floors begin being counted in the 13th floor, but aren't that high.
