This is the second time we are staying at the hotel. Although not located close to the city centre, the hotel is next to the Zurich Oerlikon railway station so getting to city centre, airport or anywhere else is convenient. Staff were friendly, efficient and business like. They have an excellent Guest Service Officer who provided comprehensive answers to questions on getting around and places to visit. Breakfast, which was included, had a good spread, but they should consider changing the coffee beans they use. Someone came in unannounced one morning to check the mini bar. He should have knocked even though the "Do not disturb" sign was not displayed on the door. |

Spa on the top floor. The dry sauna is only at 65°C, which is very comfortable for most people (compared to 80-90° in many other saunas). |

The staff was friendly and the location was good . Close to the station ynd you could get to the center in 5 minutes. There is a star bucks right in the hotel lobby and hence convenient and the rooms are comfortable although a bit small in size. |

Sauna and Pool on the 32nd Floor with view over the city, staff was very helpfull with changing room to a higher floor with an amazing view, free breakfast was offered for initial complicatians with the reservation, convenient location to the Oerlikan train station in the rooms on the lower levels the traffic noise could be a problem for guests with sensitive ears, due to the location of the hotel close to streets and train station |

The pool and spa area was excellent - bed very comfortable - good views from rooms - right at rail station good access to Zurich city centre only 2 train stops cost of the breakfast far too much ... but doesn't matter as there are many other cafes etc just outside the hotel. |

Pleasent room, very friendly staff, reasonable rates. Perfect for a business stay. Expensive breakfast buffet (CHF 35.-), expensive parking (CHF 36.-). No promised bathrobe in room. |

the hotel rooms are pretty good and comfortable with good views ! i liked the SPA experience - and loved going into the pool / jackusi and all ! they can improve on the services front - specially small things like - a pen that writes ! robes and slippers for the spa to be provided for a couple ( which was required in our case ) ... |

Biggest and cleanest rooftop indoor pool I've seen, with awesome view.Helpful and prompt guest services. comfortable beds. excellent restaurant. very nice location with easy metro, train across street. the area around hotel is very nice. would stay here again next visit to zurich. five minute metro ride to airport and 10 minute to central zurich station. |

We liked how our room was very spacious (for a Europe room) and clean and it has more modern style/decor. The staff is so nice, helpful and always smiling. Transportation to/from hotel is so convenient. Trains/trams right next to the hotel. It takes only 4 mins. by train to the airport, 15 mins by tram to the city center. |

Very close to the train station,easy to locate and centrally located.The spa and swimming pool were nice.The buffet breakfast had an excellet spread.The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. We were eligible for a free upgrade to a pinnacle room,but the receptionist said there were none available.It would have been a really nice touch if they had upgraded us to some other type of room. |

Friendly and helpful staff, convience to use public transport (despite being about 15min from the centre) and spa options. Rooms are a bit old and basic (for a Swissotel standard). Was expecting more from room facilities and bathroom - need modernisation/renovation. |
