Dichtbij het centrum,tram,trein uitzicht was mooi en geen geluid gehoord vanaf de straat Het Hotel wist niks over het Vip arrangement ondanks dat het wel in de beschrijving stond, Het hotel zou daar op terug komen maar heeft dit niet meer gedaan (Lokkertje?) |

Personeel is ontzettend behulpzaam en je kunt met alle vragen bij hun terecht. Vond de badkamer wat klein van de premier kamer, maar dat kan ook komen doordat andere hotels zijn bezocht deze reis met grotere badkamers. |

Location is great! It's right next to the train station and is just 1-2 stations away from the Zurich main station and the airport. Nice neighbourhood and you feel safe even if you go back to the hotel late at night. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Room is very clean and comfortable. They gave us the wrong type of room when we arrived. We booked a double bed room but there are 2 single beds in our room. We talked to the hotel staff and was given a free upgrade to an executive double bed room so we ended up perfectly happy. |

This is the second time we are staying at the hotel. Although not located close to the city centre, the hotel is next to the Zurich Oerlikon railway station so getting to city centre, airport or anywhere else is convenient. Staff were friendly, efficient and business like. They have an excellent Guest Service Officer who provided comprehensive answers to questions on getting around and places to visit. Breakfast, which was included, had a good spread, but they should consider changing the coffee beans they use. Someone came in unannounced one morning to check the mini bar. He should have knocked even though the "Do not disturb" sign was not displayed on the door. |

Spa on the top floor. The dry sauna is only at 65°C, which is very comfortable for most people (compared to 80-90° in many other saunas). |
