панорамный вид с верхних этажей, вежливый персонал, очень удобная кровать. обновлены номера до 15 этажа (впрочем, неотремонтированные номера находятся в неплохом состоянии и отрицательных эмоций не вызывают). кофейня старбакс на первом этаже отеля от центра цюриха отель далековато - без машины будет непросто добраться. поездка на такси до банхофплац ок. 30 франков и 15ти минут. интернет и паркинг довольно дороги, как и всё в швейцарии. впрочем, в некоторых номерах есть возможность поймать бесплатную сеть freeonline. швейцарские розетки в корне отличаются от российских и европейских, поэтому запасайтесь переходниками или не забудьте попросит их на ресепшн при заезде. |

понравился бассейн на 32 этаже, удобно добираться из аэропорта и до центра, неплохой завтрак, на высоких этажах вид на Цюрих, рядом торговый центр, банки, забавный рыночек. в номере невыносимо душно, кондиционер работает еле-еле. Стеклянная дверь в туалет создает дискомфорт. |

Номер всегда был убран очень чисто и аккуратно, персонал отеля приветлив и доброжелателен. Понравилось, что около отеля располагались несколько остановок различного городского транспорта. Соотношение цена-качество несколько удивляет (на мой взгляд, стоимость номера завышена), т.к. |

We have visited Zurich a number of times but this was the first time that we stayed at the Swissotel. While this hotel is not located in the city center, it is well served by both train and tram lines and we were abe to get to the city center in 10-15 minutes. The reception desk staff was excellent and very professional. While the hotel primarily serves business customers and has many large business meetings, it is also a good hotel for travelers on holiday (like us). Very few restaurants and businesses in the surrounding area were open on Sunday. |

The hotel is in an excellent situation close to Oerlikon station which, itself, is only minutes by rail form the airport and the city. Staff were very helpful, cheerful and able to speak excellent english. I was very saitsfied with my stay. |

location is perfect, good staff, plenty of available services, good organization of events for huge amount of people Internet acess for additional cost is terrible! Extremely high price for breakfast. |

Fantastic position, directly in front of the Oberlion train station, excellent connected with the centre (5 minutes train ride or 15 by tram) The room was very nice, the staff was very pleasant, the spa centre on the roof very nice. I would book again! The breakfast price is too high in my opinion so I didn't book it, although I'm sure it's very good. You can get breakfast in the bistro just across the hotel. |

Now I have complain about my credit card whichI saw online was being chf219 instead of I signed and paid chf110 for one dinner only that the staff hotel asked me. While sept18 & 19 room charge that I was paid credit card on August!?! So I will come back to Zurich on Sept26/27/28 so please let me know if I stay again with good price Pillow bad smell and my wife being Allgier from pillow fur seem old. And bed not good. |

This is a very nice hotel with every ammentiy you could ask for from any 4-STAR facility. It is in a great location, directly across the street from a train station, which is a 7 minute ride to the famous Zurich Bahnstrasse city center...and only a 4 minute ride to Zurich International Airport. It's not right in the middle of the city but accessible to everything easity. |

Proximity to transport Expensive internet! At most hotels I've stayed at in Europe offer free internet or a token fee. Paying 7.5CHF for 30 mins of internet is robbery. |

The staff at the hotel were really friendly, efficient and ready to help whenever you asked them anything. Nothing was a problem or an inconvenience for them. I also was impressed with the cleanliness of the room, it just was a real pleasure to stay there. |

The hotel was lovely. Very clean and fantistic views. If you are planning to stay here, bring swim suits as the pool facility is fantistic. The view is amazing. Room very comfortable and clean. The train station is right across the road from the hotel and is only 6mins from Zurich main station and 10 minutes from Zurich airport. There was one man at reception who was a little annoying but thats it |

It it clean and very convenient for travelling to other cities or areas within the country. Besides, it has beautiful views. The hotel room is rather small. |

Proximity to trains/trams. Excellent public transport. Friendly, accommodating staff. Excellent breakfast buffet. The first room we saw had a totally glass bathroom including toilet facing the bed with no curtains or doors. However, we were offered a second room with appropriate privacy and that was fine. |
