Loction is excellent. It's almost at the doorstep from the railway station. Exit from the railway station and it's 2 minutes on your left. It's modern, clean and helpful and friendly staff. The room, bathroom is spacious and with full amenities. Free Internet and pc use for residents. Good spread for breakfast. The hotel is also minutes walk from the old sector of the city which is pedestrianised. There is a Co- op at the Railway station for incidental supplies (food, snacks,etc) and McDonald's next door. Relatively quiet although right in the city.

The corridor lighting works on timer sensor and therefore the lighting tends to shut-off if you stay still or is off if you have yet to approach the sensor - my eight year found that a bit not welcoming.

The location is really good as it is just two-minute walk to the hotel. Besides, department store with supermarket is next to the hotel. It is convenient to buy food and drink. The guest room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is included.

It Is not recommended to stay in the summer. It is really hot because no fan or air conditioning system at the room. No complimentary bottle of water is provided. As there is no mention for the cost of water, we misunderstood that the bottle of water is free of charge. Thus, we finally paid €5 for it.

This place is very near to the main railway station. No hassel, has sauna & steam (hamam) baths. Neat and clean.

Room was not air conditioned.

Location was perfect. Directly across the road from railway station but there was no noise.. Also right in the heart of the shopping district and a short walk to the "old town". Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. Lovely breakfast included.

Front office staff very pleasant and helpful. Check in was easy and information was given on where to dine. Room was basic but very clean and spacious. Location just outside train station so just walked upon arrival and departure. Breakfast was excellent as you could order hot food as you needed it.

Clean well appointed room, good location, good breakfast, reasonable price.

Lack of air conditioning for a four star hotel.

Room was spacious and comfortable with a great shower. Good variety continental breakfast. Location close to station with no noise. A short walk to the old town. All staff very helpful.

We found the location to be excellent. Travelling by train throughout Europe we look for proximity to the station and abc was across the road, most convenient. The staff were very helpful and courteous, The free internet access in the room is fantastic for keeping in touch with home via email . The breakfast was nutritious and had an excellent variety. The bathroom was spacious and we welcomed the fact that the bathroom and bedroom windows could be opended as we enjoy the fresh air as opposed to central heating. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel

The only issue we had was the bedding and that is due to our personal choice, We find that doonas are too hot to sleep in comfort, however, the hotel rectified this the following day and we were provided sheets which gave us sufficient warmth.
