The price - all Geneva hotels have exaggerated pricing. If you have to be in Geneva you must pay up. If only in transit, go over to France for the night.

There is no ice to use to drink. No drinks in the room and in the hotel.

Friendly and helpful reception staff. Bbc World on tv. Excellent location opposite main Gare Cornavin station and minutes walk from Lake Geneva and central area.

Room smelt of smoke. Decor tired, faded and looked like something out of the 1970s. Dingy lighting. Bathroom was like something out of a 1980s public swimming pool changing room. No tea/coffee facilities in room. Breakfast offering mediocre (to be charitable). Have stayed in nearby hotels of comparable standard for chf30 or so less. For the quality of the product, very over-priced. (Example: a uk Travelodge or Premier Travel Inn room would provide a comparable or superior product at around half the price). Only redeeming feature is the good location.

The location is close to Geneve station.

The sounds of TV from other room was heard until midnight.

Location could not have been more convenient. Trains, trams and buses right outside and a wide range out restaurants and bars nearby.

Bed was very small, and not very comfortable. One feather pillow each was inadequate for me.

The hotel location is great, the only problem is noise. You can hear next room as id there are no walls in between.

Location is good, near to the train station. Included breakfast is Ok, considering the cost per night for a small room. Recommended for short stay, since the room is not very comfortable due to the limited space.

The room is extremely small as well as the lift.

Clean spacious room. Quiet. Nice breakfast buffet.

My booking could not be found when I arrived. After 15 minutes of fumbling around, the receptionist finally found it. I was given a key to "my room" which I let myself into, only to find someone else asleep in the bed. I returned to reception with all my luggage, was given no apology simply told that there shouldnt be anyone in the room. I was given another key to another room, which was a single room, even though I had paid for a double. The third time back at reception I was finally given a key to a correct vacant room, the staff member making no apologies for the mix ups. Further, in the morning, 2 hours before checkout the cleaning staff let themselves into my room unannounced. The security in this hotel leaves a lot to be desired, which is concerning for me as a single female traveller.
