I stayed in Cascada Swiss Quality Hotel in Nov with my family. During my three nights stay,I enjoyed a lot. My family and I were satisfied with the services. The buffet was really good too, variety of choices. The location is really good,near to the main train station. Truly recommended for those who want a good quality and great services hotel.

The situation very close to the train station and city center. The clean and comfort of the room, good bathroom, good breakfast and kind staff. Good restaurant. Nothing to claim. A little expensive.

Nice hotel, very close to the train station but (on the top floor at least) quiet and easy to find. The room was well-kept and comfortable during our stay. Breakfast good, with a choice for an egg dish made on order. The staff were friendly and polite, and gave us a map, showing us how to get to nearby attractions.

Nice location from train station and easy walk into the tourist area. Very helpful staff. Spoke english and were willing to provide suggestions and information. Great breakfast. Clean and comfortable rooms.

Nice hotel, strategic situated very close to town bridge (5 minutes on foot). The room was warm and nicely decorated. All the stuff was friendly and we will come again for sure one day. Nothing really. All was nice.

The cleanliness of the room. Access to the Internet. Location. Very noisy - from outside the hotel. We like to have our window open at night, but the trains and the noise from the street kept us awake for many hours.

The location was perfect due to it's proximity to the train station. The staff at the reception were very friendly, energetic and very willing to help. Loved the warm welcome. My kids also loved the hotel cos they had kids treats all over the place. There were chocolates n candies n cakes at the reception, in the Lounge and in the bedroom. It felt like walking Into a chocolate paradise. Breakfast was amazing and as complete as you could want. I specially liked the bowls, glasses and cups used for serving. I highly recommend this hotel and would probably go to Lugano just for the pleasure of staying there. Thanks to all the wonderful staff there for making our stay a memorable one. All the best!!!

I ordered the deluxe room,so it has 31 squaremeter, it's comfortable. a little bit long way to trainstation, if you don't plan to have a taxi to hotel,about 8-10 minutes by not very fast walk. but by taking taxi, it's ok.

The Hotel was modern and clean. We are a family of four and could all stay in one room!! The room was large for a hotel in Europe and beds were comfortable. It was about a 10 minute walk from the train station and center of town. The breakfast was wonderful, from eggs to order, to a traditional Swiss breakfast, cereal and great coffee!! The dinner in their restaurant was also very good- get the faijta's, they were terrific. We would definitely stay here again. Not much.
