The breakfast was great and this is the only place where I found the service is considered okay. The location is in the middle of the Interlaken Ost and West station. The receiptionist is not helpful or friendly at all, not polite, the room was noisy and we actually requested a double bed room which ended up with bedroom for 4 persons. This is unacceptable! There is no Internet service at the Internet Cafe! |

The staff on duty at the reception was extreemly business like & gave various instruction on the spilling of water in the w. c. Morning at the complementary breakfast the ladies cleaning the tables & putting the food on the tables were very curt & rude in their behaviour. the left luggage room was an ski room which was not locked & seemed most unprotected. The harsh & curt language used by their staff reflected that the turists are not wanted |

We were on our honeymoon and had stayed in 10 hotels on our trip to Europe and we must say it is the worst hotel we have stayed in. We were staying in Hotel Krebs (just a street away) the night before and we were shocked at the contrast although we paid almost the same rate. The room was dirty and it seems that the hotel needs a major overhaul. |

Rooms were little old. Doors not 'soundproof' so had to bear outside noise sometimes Nice place, just couple of minutes of walk from Interlaken West, so never had to bother much about trains etc. |

1) Its Location, 2) Nice, efficient, cooperating and very friendly staff, 3) Good Breakfast, 3) If you are an Indian or like Indian food then you must try eating at the hotel's "spice india" restaurant, I am sure it's food is finest among Indian hotels in Europe!! 1) Walls were thin, we could hear someone in another room talk and laugh, 2) The bathroom didnt have heating which was the only minor disturbing thing in the entire room, 3) Also, probably they could give a coffe / tea maker in the room, after all they enjoy a three star rating :) |

The staff was friendly and it was close to restaurants and train stations. Parking was horrible. The hotel had a garage that barely accomodated my small BMW. Parking on the street was impossible. |

How friendly and accomodating the staff were, the value for money and comfort we experienced during our stay. The breakfast was great and we had a positive experience all around. The room's central heating was on too high, so it was really stuffy on entry! We also couldn't figure out how to change the thermostat so just made do with the window open slightly which was fine. |

Centrally located. Easy to get to everything...ski slopes, restaurants, train, shops. Very clean bathroom and room. Good restaurant. Parking was 20CF per night. |
