Very close to both train stations in Interlaken. Big rooms and nice B'fast and very clean too. Noise outside our room due to refurbishment in the hotel itself. But very bearable. |

Very Central in Interlaken, and a short walk from the Interlaken West train Station. Allowed my partner and I to travel quickly and easily to the Junfrau Region for sight seeing and snowboarding, the main reason for our visit to the area. Interlaken is a convenient, cost effective alternative to staying in one of the mountain based villages with a number of restaurants and shops nearby. |

We had room above latino bar for one week and heard minimum noise. Little noise untill 11pm on a saturdayday night. Room was large and refreshing, breakfast was hot. Free parking available but not secure. Reception areas still under renovation. No fridge in room. No free wifi, had to pay for coffee to add to coffee machine avail in room. |

The breakfast was great and this is the only place where I found the service is considered okay. The location is in the middle of the Interlaken Ost and West station. The receiptionist is not helpful or friendly at all, not polite, the room was noisy and we actually requested a double bed room which ended up with bedroom for 4 persons. This is unacceptable! There is no Internet service at the Internet Cafe! |

The staff on duty at the reception was extreemly business like & gave various instruction on the spilling of water in the w. c. Morning at the complementary breakfast the ladies cleaning the tables & putting the food on the tables were very curt & rude in their behaviour. the left luggage room was an ski room which was not locked & seemed most unprotected. The harsh & curt language used by their staff reflected that the turists are not wanted |

We were on our honeymoon and had stayed in 10 hotels on our trip to Europe and we must say it is the worst hotel we have stayed in. We were staying in Hotel Krebs (just a street away) the night before and we were shocked at the contrast although we paid almost the same rate. The room was dirty and it seems that the hotel needs a major overhaul. |

Rooms were little old. Doors not 'soundproof' so had to bear outside noise sometimes Nice place, just couple of minutes of walk from Interlaken West, so never had to bother much about trains etc. |
