Location was excellent. Layout of hotel a little confusing with two buildings. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms were too hot but once regulated to appropriate conditions were much more comfortable. Lack of refrigerator in room was a disadvantage, but otherwise a very comfortable hotel to stay in. Layout of two buildings confusing.

The location is the main plus for this property. Too expensive for the quatity and services offered. B'fast was quite good, but could be better. Would not recommmend this for families. The front desk staff was not so friendly unlike the rest of the places we visited.

The Chalet restaurant was a nice surprise. On the night we attended there was a charming couple who played traditional Swiss music, yodeled, and played the alphorn..the food was excellent as well. The hotel is convenient to the train station (Interlaken West). Many restaurants, souvenir shops/shopping nearby. The room accommodations were spartan and dorm like, although clean and modern.

We were given a room that is away from the main block where the corridor is perennially dark because the lights are always off. I was made to feel that I was given one of your worst rooms....may be because I did online booking. Anyway, the feeling of given that room was not pleasant.

Very, very poor grade. Roomed above the disco. Music until 3:am shaking the windows. Asked to move as paid for a superior room. Said I could , but to the slum building in the alley. They cater to extra large groups that arrive all at the same time and camp in the lobby and swarm the breakfast room. Charged me for the room after they comped it.

Die Auswahl an Restaurants: indisch, italienisch und schweizerisch. Wir entschieden uns für indisch und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht, das Essen in "Spice India" war köstlich und die Bedienung sehr freundlich und sympatisch. Geruch im Hotelzimmer war bei der Ankunft etwas "moderig". Kam evnt. von dem elektrischen Heizofen, der das Zimmer schon für uns vorgewärmt hatte.

Zimmer und Badezimmer sehr gross, schön eingerichtet - Mitarbeiter Empfang nicht besonders freundlich oder hilfsbereit, 3. Bett im Zimmer höchstens für Kind geeignet, nicht für Erwachsene (Dreierzimmer, also kein Zustellbett), Kaffemaschine ohne Kaffee (man musste extra bestellen und nur 1 Kapsel pro Tag/Person), Badezimmer zwar grosszügig, aber ohne jegliche Abstellflächen oder genügend Handtuchhalter, nicht sauber geputzt, Dreck und Broschüre unterm Bett und Haare an den Wänden im Bad

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Meine Vorab-Anfrage per e-Mail ob man kostenlos parken könne wurde zügig beantwortet. Ich konnte mein Fahrzeug schon vor dem Einchecken auf dem Hotelparkplatz abstellen und auch noch lange Zeit nach dem Auschecken stehen lassen. Das Zimmer war sehr gut geheizt und sehr sauber, das Frühstück ausreichend.

Certaines chambres ne sont pas climatisées, dormir fenêtre ouverte un samedi soir est mission impossible étant donné que le bar de l'hôtel possède une terrasse qui est ouverte jusqu'au petit matin.

Muy mala relación calidad/precio.El hotel no cumplió con lo contratado"habitación triple executiva"(tres camas aparecen en la foto de Booking) nos dieron una doble con un sillón individual plegable incomodísimo, no había armario, ni lugar donde dejar las maletas.Protestamos y nos digeron que intentarían solucionarlo,pero no lo hicieron.Pedimos el libro de reclamaciones y digeron que no tenían y nos dieron la dirección de tripadvisor para que reclamásemos.Nos rebajaron el precio un 9% ?¿ El desayuno poco variado y escaso.Despues de las 9 no reponían lo que se iba terminando.

객실이 커서 쾌적했으며, 유럽의 저가 호텔에서 볼 수 없었던 욕조가 설치되어 있었습니다. 가격 대비 만족도가 큽니다. 인터라켄OST 역에서 도보 15분 정도 거리라서 조금 불편했습니다. 인터라켄WEST역에서는 도보 3분 거리입니다.

Zentral gelegen und doch recht ruhig. Nähe zum Bahnhof ideal. Parkplätze in passabler Nähe zum Hotel. Das Frühstücksbuffet / der Frühstücksraum war trotz voller Hotelbesetzung sehr gut und die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam und nett. Der Empfang an der Reception war trocken und nicht sehr gastfreundlich. Auch die Abreise verlief sehr wortkarg.

der Empfang sowie die Bedienung war super. Sollten wir wieder mal in der Nähe sein, werden wir bestimmt im City Oberland Swiss Quality Hotel übernachten und wir werden es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. keine Beschwerden
