The staff there was excellent. They helped us plan our stay and the restaurant provided the best meal we had in a twelve day trip to Switzerland. It is an excellent stop to see the mountains. The location is very convenient to the train stop. |

Good location. Excellent friendly homely staff that makes you feel warm and inviting. You can a good feeling of a family who is taking care of you, even right down to the cleaning lady. I got upgraded to a suite for a good price and it so much better than the normal rooms especially it was 4 of us with two little kids. The lobby was cosy and had warm touches to it everywhere. |

It's in a great location. Stuff is very kind and pleasant. It couldn't be better. Just have in mind that the daily cost will be a little higher if you plan to move around due to no car access |

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - there was nothing they couldn't do for you, and it was the little touches (like heart-shaped chocolates on your pillow at night) that made it for me. The place felt really cosy and welcoming. |

The Eiger Swiss is a family run hotel and it shows. All the staff were extremely helpful and provided discrete yet excellent service. Nothing was too much trouble, queries were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Could not recommend more highly. |

Friendly helpful and welcoming staff - a strong sense that it is a family-run hotel and everybody seemed to go out of their way to make you feel special. Would definitely stay again without a second thought. |

Lage, Freundlichkeit, Professionalität, Qualität des Essens, Einrichtungen (Schwimmbad + Klub) Das Zimmer war nicht gut akustisch isoliert. DieFusstreten von oben machen die Lage nicht besonders rühig. |

Freundlichkeit der Reception mangelnde Freundlichkeit im Restaurant 'Eiger-Stübli'; Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht angemessen. Für ein 4*-Hotel war der Komfort / die Hotelausstattung nicht ganz angemessen, dafür aber der Preis von CHF 300,- für ein DZ/ Nacht eher am oberen Rand für ein solches Hotel ausserhalb der Saison. |

設備は新しく、掃除も完璧。洗面台の下のパイプまでピカピカ。スタッフは親切。レストランにはちゃんとした日本語のﾒﾆｭｰあり。眺めの良い部屋に＋５０フラン変えてもらったのは正解だった。 「ホテルアイガー」の看板が出ているが、このサイトの名前「アイガースイスクオリティホテル」を探してずいぶん歩き回った。駅の目の前にあったのに。 |
