Absolutely wonderful! They were extremely accomodating and when we had a question about putting us all into one room, they upgraded us for free to a super family room. Polite, friendly, and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Classy and very family oriented! Will recommend this to friends and we will not stay anywhere else there! Food was terrific and never ended up eating out, which isn't our style. Pool and sauna's were beautiful...overall, just an great place that's just beautiful NOTHING...it was great! |

The hotel staff was always smiling, and no hesitation to use English (after Geneva). Just across the train station. Small but well equipped swimming pool. |

Comfortable bed, clean rooms. Breakfast buffet was plentiful. Hotel restaurant dinner stops at 9:00pm. No ventilation in rooms without opening windows (could be an issue in summer when it's hotter). |

Staff outstandingly friendly and helpful - I don't think I ever stayed at a friendlier hotel with such competent staff. They answered questions before we thought to ask! The location is breathtaking. You will never have a better view over breakfast. The pool/sauna were wonderful after a day walking in the mountains. Food was expensive - but no more expensive than anywhere else in the village. |

The hotel Eiger was fabulous. The staff, service, food and scenery was so great that we stayed an extra day. The pool/sauna was wonderful to have after a day of hiking.Loved it. |

Super is Hotel staffs. They were very friendly and kind. Hotel is located at very comvenient place, has great view of Eiger,Moench and Jungfrau. |

Loved everything about the hotel, and the staff was exceptionally great. They are all friendly, helpful, and a joy to be around. The meals we had there were delicious as well. My parents loved it so much, they decided to stay an extra night! |

The staff there was excellent. They helped us plan our stay and the restaurant provided the best meal we had in a twelve day trip to Switzerland. It is an excellent stop to see the mountains. The location is very convenient to the train stop. |

Good location. Excellent friendly homely staff that makes you feel warm and inviting. You can a good feeling of a family who is taking care of you, even right down to the cleaning lady. I got upgraded to a suite for a good price and it so much better than the normal rooms especially it was 4 of us with two little kids. The lobby was cosy and had warm touches to it everywhere. |

Accueil très chaleureux - véhicule venant nous chercher notamment à la station de télécabine. Emplacement. Judicieux conseils et recommandations par rapport à la région délivrés par le personnel de l'hôtel. |

Vue splendide sur les montagnes pour les chambres avec balcon. La piscine et le sauna détendent bien après une longue randonnée. La bonne cuisine et surtout le profesionnalisme et l'accueil du personnel de l'hôtel. Il s'agit globalement d'un très bon hôtel à recommander. Nous y retournerons. La décoration des chambres mais bon il s'agit d'un goûts personnel. Nous savons tous que les goûts et les couleurs ne se discutent pas...Je trouve que la cuisine est très bonne mais le service, bien qu'excellent,est un peu trop rapide. A peine l'apéritif terminé, les plats sont servis... |

Le service de concierge qui vient chercher vos bagages à la gare. La piscine & la sauna avec les peignoirs et le chaussons fournis. Comme dans le 90% des hotels du monde, il n'y avait pas de crochet dans la salle de bains pour accrocher ses habits. |

Meget bra hotell med god standard og utmerket mat og service! Det bør stå i oversikten at det ikke er bilvei fram til stedet. Gondol og tog det siste stykket, men det er ingen problemer da bagasjen ble tatt hånd om av personalet. |
