Very close to railway station, and close to the shopping area. Several bars and restaurants nearby. |

Efficient service, no fuss, good breakfast. I did not expect the hotel to debit my card as soon as the reservation was made with booking.com - I expected to pay while I was there. Not a problem though. |

Ich habe 2 verschiedene Nächte in diesem Hotel verbracht. Leider hat bei beiden Nächsten der Weckruf um 02:00 Uhr nicht funktioniert. Darum habe ich bei Mitarbeitern ein "schlecht" gegeben. Es war immer die gleiche Person. |

Gute Lage, Essen recht,speziell Morgenessen reichhaltig. Guter Ausgangsort für Velosport. Zimmer gepflegt, geräumig. Netter Service. Zuviele Raucherräume. Vorauszahlung der Zimmer (ca 2 Monate vor Anreise). |

Die zentrale Lage des Hotels ist gut, jedoch: ....wird das Haus dieser Lage nicht gerecht: entweder man ist auf der lauten Strassenseite untergebracht oder auf der weniger lauten(wenn nicht um 1/2 7Morgens der Baulärm beginnt)Rückseite, die an warmen odergarheissen Tagen so aufgeheizt wird, dass man kaum in ihr logieren kann, da keinerlei Lüftungsmöglichkeit besteht, nicht mal Läden, um dei eindringende Hitze zu bannen... |

Der Frühstücksraum und Bar/restaurant im Erdgeschoss sind sehr attraktiv (Art-Deco-Stil). Das Bett war übernutzt, das Hotel liegt an einer stark befahrenen Kreuzung (sehr laut!). |

L'acceuil et la qualité fraicheur du petit-déjeuner Le prix du parking "obligatoire à la gare de Bienne", cher, nous avions deux véhicules (venant de 2 cantons différents) et avons du payer 2x 2 jours. J'estime que le 2e véhicule devrait être gratuit. |
