Overall is nice. Good breakfast. Professional staff. Noisy. Your earplugs are not very good. We needed to buy some that worked much better.

Very nice location. Friendly staff. The bed was too soft. Not good for people with back problems. Got a deal for one night but then when we extended our stay was charged an additional 21 chf for the 2nd night!

Good overall choice. Room (single) quite spacious; free wifi; wide breakfast choice; quiet room even though overlooking street. Brasserie was unfortunately closed the day I stayed, limited other evening dining choices in the city. Although newly refurbished, fixtures/fittings didn't quite feel 4-star to me, but hotel better than Mercure (the previous place I stayed at last time).

Very helpful smiling staff. Big comfortable rooms & luxury bathrooms. Great location with opportunities for city exploration, shopping, dining and some clubbing. No parking on site - however hotel does offer parking possibility nearby so if you don't mind small walk, it's fine.

Hotel sehr zu empfehlen!!! Beste Lage im Zentrum von Biel, netter und herzlicher Empfang, schöne neu renovierte Zimmer, sehr sauber und herrliches Frühstückbuffet. Schlummertrunk in der Hotelbar Baramundo ein Hit! Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen dieses Hotel gerne weiter!!! Bravo!

Sehr netter und guter Service Zimmer zum Innenhof sind sehr ruhig NR Zimmer Zimmer etwas überheizt - aber dafür gibt es Fenster und Heizungsregler

Le bar, le super petit-déjeuner très complet, l'accueil reçu à mon arrivée, la salle de bain Chambre spartiate, tv d'une autre époque, bruyante coté route, prix exagéré (Bienne n'est pas Zurich), un peu de fantaisie ne serait pas superflu!

Die zentrale Lage und das Design. Freude über das sehr gut erhaltene Treppenhaus und die exellente Renovierung bzw. Die Anpassung an die neue Technik. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der nächtliche Lärm des gegenüber liegenden Cafes und der Bar. Die Aussenfasade sieht bei "google map" schrecklich aus, richtig heruntergekommen.!!!

Die Betten waren sehr gut Es wäre besser, wenn statt der Badewanne eine Dusche im Bad wäre und wenn statt des Duschvorhanges eine Glaswand wäre. Ich denke, in dieser Preiskategorie kann man das erwarten

Accueil chaleureux, hôtel avec beaucoup de restaurants à proximité. La demande d'une écuelle pour mon chien guide a été effectuée avec succès... Je me demande s'ils avaient pas acheté juste pour moi l'écuelle... Petite couverture pour mon chien guide. La chambre avec micro balcon... Involontaire de l'hôtel, le côté rue est assez bruyant surtout le week- end... Le personnel ne maîtrise pas le français mais étant trilingue ça ne me dérange pas...
