The location and small indoor swimming pool - Good breakfasts- buffet style. Very understaffed for a 4 star hotel - service limited and very slow. Didn't get the room we booked. Requests for local information were answered by "check with tourist office".Decor is very tired and outdated and overall does not justify the 4 star rating. Hotel charged premium rates for Christmas/New year and yet no staff on duty in Spa and other services severly reduced. For example, only food available in hotel on night of 31st December was the no choice/set gourmet dinner costing 100 chf each and it took several discussions to agree to provide chicken nuggets and chips for 2 young children and even that took 3 hours to arrive!

The owner and staff were especially kind and helpful as we had car troubles and they really helped us in a difficult situation! The hotel is a little dated with older fixtures and furniture.

The breakfast and the breakfast room. The standards of the room where not what you would have expected of a four stars hotel. The pictures on the website did - according to me - not correspond to reality.

Clean and confortable hotel located in the hearth of Leukerbad at walking distance from the thermal baths. The hotel internal spa I very well equipped. Very good breakfast

The staff were very nice and helpful. The bed I had was not very comfortable. I found the mattress too soft for me and the bed a bit too narrow even as a single bed.

Hôtel vraiment super avec une vue magnifique petit balcon dans la chambre sympa, le spa est vraiment au top la piscine également; agréablement surpris par cet hôtel. La faïence de la salle de bains complétement démodé pour 2011 mais néanmoins très propre

Spa confortable pour un hôtel.Emplacement géographique idéal. Organisation de l'hôtel insuffisante, chambre inconfortable pour un classement 4 étoiles, lit très petit, mobilier usagé, moquette et fauteuil tachés, télévision datant des années 80 etc...Je précise que toutes ces remarques sont en rapport avec le classement 4 étoiles de l'hôtel, par contre le rapport qualité prix est acceptable.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig. Die Balkontüre ging zuerst nicht auf und wurde auch nicht vollkommen geflickt (es konnte nicht abgeschlossen werden). Der Wellness-Bereich war schmuddelig und verputz kam in der Sauna runter. Im Aroma Dampfraum hat es nicht angenehm gerochen, es fehlte wohl die Durftessenz und im dirtten Dampfraum hat es gestunken.

Die Dame am Empfang war extrem nett und hilfsbereit. Wir haben eine Junior-Suite gebucht und nach der Internet-Seite präsentierte sich das Hotel sehr gut. Die Photos sind absolut unwahr, die Zimmer sind alt, alles sieht veraltet aus, der Wellnessbereich war um 16.00 Uhr bei unserer Ankunft nicht in Betrieb. Die Liegestühle auf der Terrasse waren in einem miserablen Zustand, es gab keine Fernbedienung für den Fernseher, die WC-Bürste war kaputt, der Aschenbecher war kaputt und wurde bei der Reinigung nicht geleert, etc etc. Wir sind sehr sehr unzufrieden. Dies ist absolut nicht der Standard eines 4* Hotels.

-Erreicht den Stanart eines 4-Sternhotels nur punkto Essen. Sanitre Anlagen im Zimmer ,noch schlimmer im Wellness-Bad,Sauna sind total mangelhaft und schlecht unterhalten (Schimmel, defekte Armaturen, Farbe bzw. Abrieb löst sich von Decke Hallenbad und Wänden auch in Sauna.Kittfugen sind defekt und schimmlig Grundsätzlich müsste der ganze Wellnessbereich abgesprochen werden." Gruusig waren Bad und Sauna,

Aufmerksames Personal, Sehr gute Küche, reichhaltiges Frühstückbuffet. Gute Lage. Hotel zu Wohlfühlen.Gutes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis. Sat tv lässt zu wünschen übrig. Pool Anlage ist sanierungs bedürftig.

Unkomplizierter Check In nachts, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, umfangreiches und frisches Frühstücksbüffet, schöner, moderner Wellnessbereich, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Ich komme gerne wieder! Wellnessbereich wird zu früh geschlossen - um 20:00 waren alle Saunen kalt!

der sehr freundliche SErvice und das sehr gute Essen die Wellnesseinrichtungen und die Betreuung der Wellnessabteilung entsprach nicht dem, was in der Hotelbeschreibung versprochen wurde. Es war sehr schwierig, einen Termin für Anwendungen im Haus zu bekommen. In der Sauna gab es keine Handtücher, und es war niemand da, der sich um den Wellnessbetrieb richtig gekümmert hat, obwohl die Räumlchkeiten ansprechend waren.

Sono soddisfatta della posizione, a 5 minuti dalla stazione dei bus e a 5 minuti dalle terme. Lo staff e' molto gentile, la camera pulita e la vista, soprattutto verso il centro paese, meravigliosa. L'hotel fornisce accappatoi e asciugamani anche per Alpentherme, non solo per la loro zona benessere.

Il faut vraiment se creuser la tête. Le resto chaleureux et la belle salle du petit déj Chambre exigüe, salle de bains sans baignoire, déco salle de bains années 70' verdâtre, catelles disjointes, équipement cheap pour un 4 étoiles. Matelas mous. Accès à l'espace skis compliqué, malaisé (2 jours sans lumière dans une pièce aveugle). 10 chf par jour de parking ! Une réduction de ...2 chf aux bains si on y va le jour( pas valable le soir). Qui parle français dans cette boîte ? Seule Angelina (restaurant) sauve ce qu'elle peut.Le distributeur de flocons petit déj est rigolo mais pas efficace.Les " tableaux" aux murs!...Aïe !

La piscine, le sauna, nous avons été souper dans le restaurant au même étage que la récéption il y a eu à la carte des moules que j'ai trouvé délicieuses la vue avec toute cette neige. La vente de pierre à l'étage en dessous la reception cette nuit d'hôtel c'était le cadeau de noël de mon mari il a été enchanté. Bien à vous Patricia Greco KRähenbühl à l'accueil le premier jour où nous sommes arrivé la personne manquait un peu de chaleur humaine elle peut être un peu froide à la sortie la même personne était plus chaleureuse.

Het personeel is vriendelijk, proper hotel maar iets verouderd. Hier en daar aan vernieuwing toe, vooral het zwembad... Ontbijt was uitgebreid en zeer lekker. Dicht bij alle faciliteiten, dorp... Parking is iets verder af
