the restaurant is very good and the staff working there we booked a twin bed with sofa and we ended up to have a 10m2 with a small double bed. |

Staff were very kind, polite and helpful. Breakfast was ample and the quality of the produce adequate. Overall service was very good. The Hotel noted a mountain view room and the main view from our room was the Hotel at the opposite side of the street. Spa services leave a lot to be desired, a strong smell of sulphur/sulphide in the showers, sauna and turkish bath cut short our relaxation. The swimming pool is pleasant but none of the facilities work. It seems that perhaps the spa area openned prematurely without being ready. A disappointment. |

This hotel close to all facilities (ski and thermal baths), and also this hotel has a small salty swimming pool and sauna. When we arrived to the hotel we've received the room not the same class which I have booked and very noisy from ventilation, we couldn't even sleep. But i should say, at the next day, after I have complained, they changed our room. |

cortesia del personale, posizione strategica vicino al centro città e vicina alle strutture termali, ottimo rapporto quliatà prezzo. il riscaldamento è veramente troppo elevato e non è possibil regolarlo dalla camera. |

Ambiente im Restaurant ist gemütlich. Hallenbad macht einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Lift ist veraltet und störungsanfällig. Zimmertüren schliessen schlecht. |

Calme, détente, piscine chauffée très agréable, vue sur les alpes Les indications dans les ascenceurs sont nettement insuffisantes pour les déplacements entre les deux hôtels, nous ne savons jamais à quel étage se trouvent la piscine , les chambres ,etc |

Gutes essen und Frühstückbuffet und natürlich konnte ich mit meiner Freundin ein paar schöne Tage verbringen. Die Matratzen (Bett) sollten mal gewechselt werden. hatte am morgen ein bischen Rückenweh. |

Le spa est sympatique, le restaurant est très chaleureux (tout en bois) Les chambres méritent un rafraichissement, les couleurs sont d'une autre époque. La piscine est très bruyante, beaucoup de résonnance. |

ich habe das Frühstücksbuffet als sehr reichhaltig, grosszügig, mit viel frischen Früchten und herrlichen Brotsorten empfunden. Für ein 4 Stern Hotel, hätte ich bezüglich Zimmer etwas mehr erwartet. Das Zimmer war sehr klein . |

Die Zentrale Lage, die Ruhe und das freundliche Personal. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig. Unser Zimmer war alt und sollte renoviert werden. Bei der Wellnesanlage waren die Wasserhähne teilweise defekt. |

Petit déjeuner de bonne qualité, copieux et varié. Serviabilité de l'hôtesse d'accueil. Chambre devait être récemment rénovée, avec un canapé qui pouvait faire lit. En fait, nous avons séjourné dans une chambre minuscule avec 2 lits jumeaux, moquette fatiguée, les meubles ainsi que la salle de bain plutôt vieillots. En résumé chambre propre mais au confort sommaire, qui ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles. Nous avons eu l'impression d'avoir été trompé par rapport au descriptif lu lors du booking. |
