The rooms were very spacious and comfy. The sauna was good. The shop is nearby. The restaurant has very poor menu. |

We enjoyed the staff, as they were most helpful and friendly. It was quiet, yet close enough to the main street, we will most definitely return, for a longer stay. |

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Beispielsweise wurde vor dem Abräumen des Frühstückbuffets gefragt, ob wir noch einen Wunsch hätten. Bei unserer Ankunft waren die Zimmer kalt und die Heizung lief nicht. Es wurde aber sofort ein Monteur gerufen und am Abend waren die Zimmer angenehm beheizt. |

sa situation pratique, lit comfortable. personnel de l'accueil très aimable. le parking payant en plus pour les sejours de plusieures nuits, le tarif est eccessif. dans bien d'autres pays il y a moyen de se faire une tisanne ou un café dans sa chambre gratuitement. l'air est sec ,surtout en montagne.pour une personne agée qui sejourne seule plus d'une semaine le personnel du restaurant pourrait avoir quelques mots humains dépassant sa fonction,du genre avez vous passé une bonne journée madame.bonjour madame,vous avez bien déjeuné? etc....un rapport plus sympathique etc... |

Obwohl wir erst 5-10 Minuten nach Ende des Frühstückszeit im Restaurant waren, wurde um uns gesorgt, so dass wir das Frühstück trotzdem in aller Ruhe einnehmen konnten. Herzlichen Dank für diesen super Service! |

auch als allein-reisende Frau fühlt man sich in diesem Hotel sehr wohl. Die Zimmer für eine Person sind sehr ansprechend. |

das man für den garagenplatz noch extra zahlen muss,ein zu kleiner tv,hotel liegt dierekt an der haupstrasse,die oberfläche der innenwände bestehen aus waschbeton das empfinde ich als sehr erdrükent |

Très bel établissement proche du centre de Gstaad, avec un personnel s'exprimant bien en français. La chambre etait vaste, le lit aussi(génial!!), avec un luxe discret mais présent. Tout petit téléviseur!! Un peu en décalage par rapport au reste |

Très bon accueil. Spa agréable, particulièrement appréciable après les randonnées en montagne.Grande chambre. Petit déjeuner buffet copieux. Bar sympathique et coktails délicieux... La salle de bain n'est pas vraiment à la hauteur. Dommage que le restaurant typique soit fermé l'été. |
