The rooms were very spacious and comfy. The sauna was good. The shop is nearby. The restaurant has very poor menu. |

We enjoyed the staff, as they were most helpful and friendly. It was quiet, yet close enough to the main street, we will most definitely return, for a longer stay. |

Aufgrund eines Todesfalles in der Familie haben wir versucht, unsere Buchung 10 Tage! im voraus zu annullieren. Im Wissen, dass in den AGBs der Buchung ein Rücktritt ausgeschlossen war, haben wir vom Hotel angesichts der traurigen Umstände und der frühzeitigen Benachrichtigung etwas Kulanz erwartet. Das Hotel Gstaaderhof zeigt hier allerdings keinerlei Bereitschaft, uns auch nur teilweise entgegenzukommen. Angesichts dieser engstirnigen Haltung rate ich von einem Aufenthalt diesem Hotel nachdrücklich ab. |

L'accueil fut chaleureux. Le personnel s'est montré plus qu'aimable. De cet hôtel se dégageait un sentiment de confort et de bien-être. La table était de très bonne qualité. |
