It was centrally located, had a good restaurant for dinner and breakfast, great coffee shop, friendly staff and in general was a very comfortable hotel. The best 3 star hotel I have stayed in. The towels (small, thin and hard) and the extra pillows we requested (like chaff bags) made it a 3 star hotel. |

Good size single room. Friendly and helpful staff. Access to the internet via a shared computer in lobby very useful. Good location to city centre and train station. Not the most exciting breakfast but still adequate. |

The receptioninst was very friendly and lady serving the breakfast was very friendly. When we went for the dinner, we found the staff who was serving food was not that friendly. |

The location was excellent and being picked up at the Train station- a Bonus. Their own restaurant was superb- we had dinner there. The breakfast was also very good. The rooms are spartan but comfortable, clean and central. We were very pleased overall. |

The room is ok. It is too far to walk to the hotel and you have to pay to take hotel's bus to the station. |

The staff was excellent, very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were clean and the morning breakfast was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place in St. Moritz. |

Excellent location, the rooms are comfortable and represent very good value for central St. Moritz. The Hauser's restaurant is a great place to eat & socialize. Ask about the free lift pass it's a winning deal! |

Despite confusion on my part with my payment card, the staff were most helpful and agreed to ring my address in the UK if there were problems or not. They did so to confirm safe receipt of payment. |

It´s close to stores in city centre and points if interest, the room is big and nice, internet free. Price expensive. The hotel doens't have such luxury for the that price. |

The room condition was excellent which was wide, clean (including the bath room), security, brightness with a big window and friendly staff. Breakfast was also nice. If there were a refrigerator in the room, it would be better. |

Hotel staff was kind and willing to answer all questions. The aged lady in the restaurant was very nice and taking care of the guests affectionately. My kids liked the hotel very much. It is in the center of St Moritz and close to Baahnhof. Just one stop away by bus. |

Good location (in town centre, near funicular, not too far from train station), comfortable, excellent restaurant attached. Two bonuses: (1) On arrival at the station we found a hotel minibus waiting and were taken to the hotel. (2) If you stay for two or more nights you are offered an Engadin pass, giving free use of many local facilities (trains, funicular, cable cars etc.), which we used to the full. |

As the hotel is located on the top area of the hill --or mountain perhaps?--, it was quite hard to get there by foot... hope there could be a transportation service of the hotel... |

I was in and out of the city in 14hrs so it is difficult to judge this budget hotel in its entirety. The room was a single and very small, but on the plus side there was free wireless, the breakfast was a great spread, and it is a short walk to the train station and centre of town. |
