Hauser Swiss Quality Hotel  

Excellent location at St. Moritz. The main shopping steet is right next to the hotel. The staff were very helpful in arranging special requests for my wife's birthday that I had prior to check-in. The room was nice and spacious and had a lovely view. The staff were all really nice and friendly and overall we had a lovely stay and would definately stay here again.

Maybe the hotel could look to include some hot food in the breakfast (considering that they do have a really nice restaurant). The breakfast is basically continental. They will make eggs to order but you will be charged 7 CHF. Other minor point - tea / coffee facilities in the room would be appreciated.

This is small family hotel owned by family Hauser and I know them for 15 years. Location is excellent, 100 m from ski-train station, they have good restaurant and very good cakes and pastries.

The staff were excellent. Very helpful, cheerful and friendly. The hotel's location is close to everything making it easy to get around. The room was roomy and very clean. The service is definitely better than 3 star. I would definitely stay here again.

Breakfast is good, the room is clean. And there is transport from train station.

Too expensive for this quality.

For St. Moritz the hotel is probably mid range, in a good, yet noisy location if windows are opened, on a roundabout, in the middle of the town. It is an uphill walk from the train station, (around 10 mins.) although the hotel does offer a complimentary transfer service with prior reservation. Restaurant staff are particularly friendly and helpful. All in all a pleasant place to stay. (Our room was upgraded).

Ground transportation service would be very much helpfull and convenient for tourists for the first time.

The room was clean and quite spacious. It enjoyed a good view. The wash basin in the bathroom drained very slowly, but was prompty fixed after we informed the reception staff. The dinners were very good, except one night where the Swiss pork steak was too hard. The other main courses (veal. trout, prawn, horsesteak) were very good. The starters and the icecream were simply great. The breakfasts were very good too. Best of all, half-board price was very reasonable. The hotel was quite near to the train station and also the Piz Nair cable car. A bus stop was also nearby. Very convenient. The summer mountain railway passes saved us a lot of money. Staying in the hotel was great value for money. Thank you very much.

The Swiss pork steak was too hard to eat during one night. We needed to ask the lady for hot drinks during breakfasts, but sometimes she was too busy. It would be better if the guests could get hot drinks easily without needing anyone to serve.

The location.it is in the heart of the city.

For the price the rooms were ordinary. No Coffe/tea, no fridge, very small tv. No double bed ie. King size bed.

We had to have our windows open and the noise from the street below was terrible.

The staff were helpful with directions and offered use of an umbrella when it was raining.
