I was in Switzerland on a business trip so stayed for one night. I liked the friendliness and hospitality of the staff. They were all very kind and nice. |

nice atmosphere and very conveniently situated. Staff were very friendly and went to extra lengths to make sure we were comfortable. nothing we did not like. Our second stay in 12 months from Australia so a fair endorsement of our thoughts of Helmhaus - great. |

Room layout is very well thought out and practical; except for the odd step up and then knocking my head against the slanted ceiling near the headboard. For the price, the lobby should be bigger; and better ventilation/ cooling in the lobby and breakfast/ sitting room. |

Excellent location. This hotel has everything that you need in a city hotel including airconditioning! Easy walk to town, to the trams and the boats that you can do day trips to other little towns on the Zurich River. It was quiet, located near great places to eat and close to the old part. I would recommend and stay at this hotel again. The breakfast was very good. |

the staff were very friendly. the TV channels also have a number of UK channels (ITV2, Five) so it was a relief not to have to sit through dubbed German! The aircon in my room leaked throughout the night. The single was also very, very small, with a slanty, squeaky bed. Next time, i'll definitely upgrade to a more expensive room if available. |

Convenience to Old Town, Trams and River/Lake, loaner umbrella Zurich is an expensive city, so along with so many others, hotels such as this one are quite pricey for what you get. |

The room was very large and clean.... And the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located. The choice for breakfast was very limited. Could definitely be better. |

The rooms were very well designed, impeccably clean and the toiletries and linens and towels were top notch. Loved the hardwood floors. Staff were fantastic. Incredibly helpful and friendly. I felt very much at home there. Internet was not free, but I heard that will change in a few months. |

Wrażenia raczej pozytywne, jak na hotel na starym mieście, w adaptowanym do tego celu budynku, śniadanie ok., cicho i spokojnie, Mały pokój, brak jakiegokolwiek drogowskazu, tabliczki kierującej do hotelu (widziałem takie tabliczki, kierujące do hoteli obok). Standard hotelu jest na poziomie 3 gwiazdek , a nie czterech, choć wszystko poprawne. |

ホテルのスタッフがとても親切です。部屋は広くありませんが、とても清潔で、デザインもグッド。チューリッ- ヒ湖、中央駅からも近く、とても便利です。次のチューリッヒもこのホテルに宿泊します。内装をリニューアル- していますので、快適です。 |

Tranquilidad, buen aislamiento acústico en las ventanas, aire acondicionado funciona bien, bien situado entre el lago y el río, muy bien comunicado por tranvía con otras zonas de la ciudad. Es un hotel pequeño y acogedor. |

チューリッヒ中央駅から4番のトラムで Helmhaus下車。乗り場から徒歩 5分程度とアクセスに便利(路地に入るため 少し見つけにくい)。 ホテルのスタッフもとても親切で楽しく過ごせました。通りに面していたためにぎやかでしたが、空調付きの部- 屋であり 窓を閉めれば 気にならない程度になります。 朝食が少し簡素だったと思います。 |

スタッフがとても親切だった。朝食開始時間前のチェックアウトにも関わらず朝食を食べる事を許可してくれた- 。チューリッヒ歌劇場へは10分以内で着くことができます。 |
