Convenience to Old Town, Trams and River/Lake, loaner umbrella Zurich is an expensive city, so along with so many others, hotels such as this one are quite pricey for what you get. |

The room was very large and clean.... And the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very well located. The choice for breakfast was very limited. Could definitely be better. |

The rooms were very well designed, impeccably clean and the toiletries and linens and towels were top notch. Loved the hardwood floors. Staff were fantastic. Incredibly helpful and friendly. I felt very much at home there. Internet was not free, but I heard that will change in a few months. |

elevator was broken and i was on the 5th floor...the bathroom tiles were cracked and the entire decor was old and worn |

Location: in the charming old town, on a pedestrianized street, near the river Limmat and the lake, convenient for tram to railway station. Staff charming and helpful. Breakfast copious and attractively presented. Room simple and tranquil. |
