The hotel staff were uniformly helpful and friendly, the location was great, the view out our window was fantastic, and our meal in the hotel restaurant was delicious. |

Views from the room and access to Grindalwald. The hotel is trapped in a tme warp. Although service and cleanliness are fine staying at the this hotel is like being transported back to the seventies. Down to "memories" being played on the piano in the bar in the evening .... |

The balcony overlooking the Grindelwald valley and the Alps was fabulous. The hotel staff was very friendly and helped give direction with chosing hikes. The location to restaurants, train stations, hiking and shopping in Grindelwald is perfect. A lovely Swiss hotel. |

The views of the Eiger were stunning. I don't think we drew our curtains! The staff were also very helpful and friendly. It was a very relaxing and welcoming hotel and perfect as a base to explore the local hiking and sights. The hotel has an excellent location and, with a 100 year history, some grand reception rooms. The bedrooms are nice and serviceable but not luxurious and the decor is looking a bit dated now. |

We were very satisfied with everything! Staff was very kind, rooms are comfortable (all have balconies), the countryside is beautiful,.. Hotel is near the train station. |

The staff were outstanding, friendly and efficient. Everything was easy. Food was excellent. We felt very welcome and didn't really want to come home! We will definitely stay there again. |

Zentral in Bahnhofsnähe gelegen. Hübsche Wellness Anlage. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit Gratis Prosecco und gutem Kaffee und schöner Aussicht auf Eigernordwand. Check-in erst nach 15.00h möglich. Kein warmes Essen nach 21.30h. Eher 3 als 4 Stern Hotel. Zimmer Preise an der Schmerzgrenze! |

Prima hotel, gast vriendelijk en schoon. Prijs is redelijk hoog, maar wel een echt verwen hotel. Goede uitgangslocatie voor wandelingen in de bergen. |
