Hotel Mon Repos  

Very close to city and airport. Just cross the street to a park and Geneva lake. Nice, new, and clean room. Car park is just back of the hotel for 25 per day.

Very helpful staff. A great common area with a good conference table, where we could work past mid night without booking the conference room. Grateful for the assistance of the staff taking the night shift.

Clean. Warm. Very helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Good access with travel pass.

Only one device can access Internet at the same time. Particular problem with mono functional IPad when also have android phone for Internet based communication whatsApp etc

Hotel's windows face to park Mon Repos and Leman.There are spaceful and clean rooms, pleasant stuff,good location

The reception person was great - friendly and welcoming. He makes you feel really expected and welcome. Room was very tidy, very much suitable for a business purpose /great shower, cosy bed, free wifi/.

No gym

The room was clean and all kept. Quiet, although facing the street. Complimentary Lindt chocolate, very unusual for a 3* hotel in Geneva. The staff was very polite, helpful and welcoming.

They are a bit understaffed. The poor bartender had to serve the drink and prepare and serve the food. He seemed exhausted but, in spite of this, he was very polite and friendly.

The hotel staff was very kind and helpful

1) very helpful staff everwhere, do their very best to respond to requests and problems immediately (e.g. the tap in my wash basin in the bathroom and the hairdryer both did not work but were fixed promptly) 2) good food: excellent breakfast buffet, perfectly adequate light dinner menu 3) I left a bag which was found in the room and will be kept until my next visit to Geneva

1) Very poor lighting in the room generally and which makes it impossible to read in bed. Design has been put before comfort and convenience! 2) Light goes out in bathroom when one is in the shower - must be longer timer!

The location is good at the lake shore, scenic view. Room is very comfortable. Staff is friendly. The only disappointment was the quality of the breakfast.

notre chambre était dans un batiment autre que l'hotel, une sorte de résidence de vacance, la chambre était vraiment quelconque avec un tout petit lit donc pas à la hauteur du 3 étoiles. Hotel au bord d'une route trés passante

Restaurante com poucas opções para refeições no jantar. No entanto, o hotel disponibiliza contato de restaurante razoável que faz entregas 24h (uma raridade em Genebra!).

Жила в 712 номере,все понравилось.Цена-качество-сервис-чистота для такого уровня(среднего)отеля все идеально.Порадовало близкое расположение озера и красивейший парк.Завтрак приятно удивил.Советую

Немного огорчило отсутствие в номере мини-бара(холодильника), кондиционера(в конце ноября было прохладно в номере) и чайного набора
